Imcopetent law office. Has drained us of all out money while just giving the run around for years. A family member of mine is dealing with a complex immigration status situation and due to the high reviews on yelp we figured we would his law office a chance. It's been years and time and time again she has been denied her green card. Not only that but he's almost never available to speak with her in person. His incompetent staff made a mistake on one the appeals. Mind you these appeals cost thousands of dollars and he made us pay all of that again when the mistake was HIS fault. Is not

My family hired the law firm to get a waiver this was a very difficult process. My mother would have spent 10 years in Mexico but David's firm was able to waive that 10 years. We hired attorney David Paz to conduct an investigation in our immigration case that would lead to a full representation for an upcoming hearing. He charged a substantial retainer fee and due to reviews on here, we were confident that we would be satisfied with his work.
