Blue Water Pools, based in Silicon Valley, in Mountain View, CA was founded in 1989 by owners Phil and Jesse Cook. We have always built distinctive swimming pools, spas and waterfeatures. We are Swimming Pool Builders, licensed by the California State License Board.

Owner Phil Cook, active in the industry today, is a Member of NSPI ( National Spa and Pool Industry Association ), and served as president of the IPSSA ( Independent Pool and Spa Service Association ).Phil personally supervises all projects. We are not just a sales office for pools. We perform all procedures in-house.

Blue Water Pools did a great job on my project. Very open to my creative, often over-bearing input and ideas, generally on time and worked through the heinous permitting process with a surprising minimum of delays. Turned out beautifully- better than we envisioned-and I liked working with Phil. They were recommended by a couple of my friends who also had great experiences. Did exactly what we agreed upon And being a bit of an engineering geek, I had a pool builder friend who does very high end work in Los Angeles inspect the hydraulics and overall materials and workmanship; he said it was
