I love this place, they take such good care of you and have so much to choose from on their menu to meet your needs, they are professional, friendly, clean and answer all your questions. And they always have great specials and affordable. Heading there today and I'm hoping I see Loni, she so far has taken care of all my skin care needs and I just love her, she treats me so well and I always feel a little pampered when I leave.

From the moment I walked in until I completed my consultation, I had an excellent experience. The entire staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Mary is awesome, very professional and made me feel comfortable and explained the laser hair removal treatment process and aftercare. Looking forward to the rest of my treatments. I highly recommend!

I went in for Laser Hair Removal several days ago to have my chest, abdomen, and back treated for laser removal. The Machine utilized looked like it was an xerox machine from the 1980's and performed as such. Not only was I in discomfort during the process because it had a staple pressing feel during each movement, the laser treatment left the entire areas treated with a rash that I still have several days later. It is unprofessional to walk into a place that is supposed to have a spa like atmosphere and walk out aesthetically in worse condition.

I won a raffle from an expo that I attended. It was 1 complimentary laser hair removal. I had my under arms lasered years ago so I used it to get a touch up. No more hair in that area:)
I really liked my experience so I purchased 6 large laser hair removal through Groupon and I'm using it for my legs.
The office has a cute flower wall, the space was clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They are informative, they answered all my questions and they are professional. I get greeted as soon as I walk in and they offer water:) I've only had 2 leg treatments and so far

I'm giving this place 2 stars because I really liked the woman who administered my treatment. I had a IPL treatment and do not think the laser they used was effective. It actually made my hyperpigmentation worse. My last IPL was done at Advanced Aesthetics, where they used a numbing cream & the laser was way more effective. 2 weeks after I had glowing skin. When touch up laser didn't use any numbing cream I questioned why & I was told the laser does not hurt that bad. I got Consultation with different places before I choose the Touch Up Laser since they are too far from my house , but I'm very glad with my choice . Staff were so kind and so friendly that I at 48 feel so comfortable to show and talk about everything I needed to be worked on . Yvonne ( the manager ) gave me a detailed information and answered all of my questions. She came up with a plan to maximize my results tailored to my needs. So far I worked with 2 different young ladies , Zulie and Katie ( I'm not sure how they spell their names ) .. they were both great and know what they were

Ambiance: Their office/clinic is so clean and spacious. They just opened so I think they're still trying to move stuff around.
Treatment: three ladies in the front greeted me as I enter and got checked in right away. The place does not look busy as I was the only customer that time I visited. They gave me water with lemon without me asking which was nice. Only had an underarm laser for $40. They also offer full body for $99 a month. It was quick!
MINUS ONE STAR: The next day though it bruised

So this is my first time trying laser hair removal, and I'm so glad I went here. I did a lot of research and was tempted to just start off with a groupon to a not so highly rated place, but I saw the positive reviews at this new location and theres a reason that its been rated 5/5 stars!

I am new to the area (from CA), so i have been researching laser hair removal places. Touch Up Laser's prices are MUCH BETTER than all the med spas/ other laser places i have seen on Yelp & online.
I had my initial consultation & appointment with Lara. She was so kind & helpful throughout the laser process! She explained all the packages / prices and helped me decide on what was best for me.
