The Board of Cosmetology controls the regulation of the practice of electrology in the State of Nevada. A license to practice electrology is granted only to those who pass written and practical examinations. In addition to the state requirements, I adhere to the standards set by the (AEA) American Electrology Association.
I am very happy I found Judy. I liked the idea that she is board certified. Her office is clean and she is very professional. The machine she uses to remove hair actually is more comfortable than others I have had used on me. She plays soothing music and tells great stories. Initially, I had a consultation elsewhere for laser hair removal.

By appointment only. The location of her business is at her home. It is a clean environment with medical equipment and designed like a typical medical facility (but attached to her home). Plenty of curbside parking on the residential street. She has always been professional yet personable with us. There is a small waiting room and bathroom facility for clients. We would definitely recommend her!

There are very few electrolygists in Las Vegas, which is sad, because there is such a great need for PERMANENT hair removal. Lots of businesses claim they offer Permanent hair removal, but only electrolysis is permanent.
Judy Gerber is the best at this. Her home office is clean and her rates are very reasonable. I have been using her for many years (hormones change). She's great.
