I had several questions and with each question I sent I received a very timely answer. My repair required the back glass to be chipped off with care note to damage the camera.
I scheduled a Saturday appointment, dropped the phone off at 10:30 and picked it up the same afternoon. The work was perfect.
I would absolutely go back to Switch again for any future repair needs. The shop is nothing fancy to see. I know from my recent repair cost

LAIR, SCAMMERS!!! I advise you to use someone else. I took my iPhone XS Max to them to fix my screen problem. Gave me a knock off screen that goes gray every few weeks. He told me he just takes it apart and take out the battery and it works. He never even touched the battery in my iPhone. Well I took it elsewhere n the screen was bad!! Don’t use them avoid them at all cost! I wish I could give them zero stars! I worked hard for my money just to be taken by you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My S9+ shattered. The front screen was toast. Pieces of glass were falling off. The display was also damaged. One of the pixels was not functioning. If you break or shatter your iPhone screen, don't go here. We were at the point to checkout to pay for an iPhone repair and the lady behind the counter started asking for personal information that we did not want to share. We asked why they needed this personal information and the woman replied back very snippily and made a face like this was a ridiculous question to ask.

I recently went in to Switch wireless and was helped by Will. I had stripped a screw inside my iPhone and was convinced I had ruined it. He pulled the screw out in less than a minute and did it for free! I ended up buying a few things after the fact but only because I felt indebted to the company! Thanks again guys! The staff are great. Jacob the manager is hugely knowledgeable about the devices and the networks. I have an old Blackberry :( that is on the blink and he's fixed it twice, quickly and meticulously. My husband and I plan to switch to one of their networks at a pretty huge price differential from our account with one of the major networks, and buy a refurbished Iphone from them over the next month.
