I bought an IPhone X from here to use in the Verizon upgrade program, but when I tried to use it on the Verizon site, Verizon said the phone was lost or stolen. I went back to Innovative Cellular and asked to return the device, but the owner refused and was quite rude. Sketchy place, sketchy guy. AVOID!!

Worst service ever!!! Ripped me off with a smile on his face. Went back to talk to him and it was after hours. Did dispute with my bank and he wont stop harrasing me. Please people dont use this company as he is what is wrong with this country. Communities used to look out for each other but at Innovative cellular he is only trying to hurt this community. Lets work together and get this POS shut down.

Great Service! Super friendly and reliable! I cracked the screen on my iPhone and to fix it at the Apple store would've cost me more and I would've had to wait over a week for an appointment so I called around and found Innovative Cellular. The repair price was much more reasonable and Lenny the owner was great! He fixed my phone super fast and also took the time to show me the inner workings of my phone and explain to me what he was doing during the process. My phone looks good as new and if I ever crack another screen on any of my devices I will definitely take it to Lenny! Highly recommend!

After being turned away at two other shops for fixing my old cell phone, Lenny explained the problem, possible causes and within a day he had fixed the problem at a great price and for a low price upgraded the phone chassis so now it looks like a brand new phone. Great service is hard to find these days and if I have another problem, I will definitely contact Lenny, fantastic job!!

I've been taking my family's phones and tablets to Lenny for over 15 years, and he never disappoints. He's very reliable, does amazing work, and most importantly he's honest. He's told me a number of times when it's time to 'move on' with a damaged phone instead of letting me sink more money into it. And I respect that. Lenny said he would charge me $60 to replace the glass screen on my Honor 8 if I provided him with the replacement screen. After bringing him the replacement screen, surprisingly, he increased his $60 charge to between $90-$120, almost a 50% increase. Lenny is completely unethical and dishonest. I told him the exact model and type of smartphone. He quoted me a price ($60), but refused to stand behind his quote. I took my phone and replacement glass to CPR Cell Phone Repair St. Pete near tyrone mall and they did an excellent job and only charged me $55. Don't waste your time or money on a dishonest
