While reading these comments I was like no way I just left that place and I was treated very well I didn't have to wait that long at all the staff was very generous and the doctor was cute and of course very funny he told me jokes while working on my teeth and yes I had a tooth pulled but I can honestly say it's a great nice clean place to refer any one looking forward

The doctor and staff are so nice! I have a fear of the dentist but they were able to ease my fear. Still screening every patient before they can come in made me feel safe during COVID. Very clean in office front desk lady wiped down Counters between patients and provided you with a sterilized pen and clip board. No one allowed to wait in waiting room escorted straight to room. I must say I was impressed. I have read some reviews on hear and had some fears but after my visit I can assure you I have had no experience like this. I Love love love the staff here. After I read some of the bad post I was nervous. I was always afraid of the dentist, so I made it clear to the front desk when I made the appointment. From the time I stepped in their door I was treated with the upmost respect. Everyone made me feel like I was in the right place to be taken care of. Thank you Dr. Davis and your team. I had a very unpleasant experience at this dentist. I went for a fill in and this was the only place I could find without a month wait. The doctor was cold and didn’t talk much and when he did finally say something it was a very rude comment. He kept saying things like “I think” or “I’m not sure” in regards to what was going on with my teeth. I received a cleaning and for hours afterwards my mouth was still bleeding! Needless to say I’ll be finding a new dentist! Avoid this place if you can.

Needless to say he isn't the only dentist in Lumberton. I called in made an appt. I even got a call with a reminder of the appointment a few days before the appointment. I took a day off for the appointment. Appointment day rolled around and they had no appointment for me on file. They made excuses about me missing appointments and I haven't missed an appointment since 2018. I was seen back in November and there was no issues. Now all of a sudden I've missed too many appointments and have been dismissed as a patient??? I won't be going back.

I love Dr Davis and Smiles Etcetera, they are an amazing group of people. I have read negative reviews on here but I have been seeing them for years and never had a problem. He likes to crack jokes to ease the nervousness about being in a dental office. He is very down to earth and is really honest. That's what I like about him the most, if he doesn't feel that something will work he will not do it, he has been completely honest with me about procedures let me know that he would not do something that would cost me more money in the long run. The most uncomfortable experience ever. My appt was at 10:30 and he did not start on me until a quarter til 1. He did not greet me in any way. He didn’t even talk to me. He gave his assistant two cards to hand me for her to say “refer two friends” and I was sent on my way with nothing. He was very cold. I have never seen any doctor act this way. I would not refer anyone here.....EVER!!!!
Edit: I guess they saw this review, because they sent me a letter asking me not to return. I wasn’t going back anyway🤷🏾♀️ This is the most unprofessional place I’ve came across🙄🤦🏾♀️

Great Staff, my anxiety required oral surgery to have 2 teeth pulled that were down to the nerves. I have a fear out of this world for the dentist and they did EVERYTHING in their power from start to finish to ensure I was calm, comfortable, and felt safe. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. Thank you doctor Davis!
