Great at selling you equipment, not so great at servicing that equipment! Customer service is terrible.

Audio buys was the contractor toll brothers used to put in low voltage and security into my house. They are very responsive to needs but they are also very expensive. They deal with higher end items. I would recommend them for networking, audio, and security system installs.

This company may care about large businesses but they don’t care about the general customers. I had this company install security and low voltage wiring for my home built by Toll Brothers. Getting this company to respond for service is impossible. I have called, left voicemail messages, entered a request for service on their website over the course of a year and they never respond. Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t just walk past this company, run from this company.

Customer service is horrible. Audio Buys did all the wiring for our home when it was being built. We have since decided to move our pre-wired tv mount location. Scheduling was super easy. The day a technician was scheduled to come he was a no show so I called that afternoon and he was running late. A few hours late. I understand things get hectic but a phone call would have been nice. The guy was super friendly and knowledgeable. The process continued to go down hill after he left. It’s been two weeks and I have not received a price proposal. Love Audio Buys! Been a customer of theirs over the last 12 years. Recently, I moved into a new home (which they did all the audio/video customization) both with the builder and then on my own after closing. They also had done all the customization to my previous home over 11 years ago. When I’ve needed new equipment, needed to upgrade, or had to have repair/troubleshoot they are my go to place. Audio Buys installed my home theater, Call Intercom system, and Broadband Computer network infrastructure throughout my new home through Toll Brothers. They did an amazing job and were extremely professional throughout the whole process. After two years one of my Intercom systems started became defective; my standard warranty had expired. Instead of charging me for the replacement part they only charged me for the labor which they did not have to do. We were in the process of having a pool and pavillion put in our backyard a couple of years ago. I needed somebody to handle the audio/video and security cameras on a tight schedule.
The landscape designer we used suggested I contact Audio Buys.
Barry From Audio Buys came out and walked the site and came up with a detailed plan to address everything I wanted. He also had additional ideas that I hadn’t even thought of.
The install was a work of art.
We are at the end of our second season enjoying the set up that Audio Buys installed.

Barry and his team have provided me and my family with great service and effective and very cool audio video equipment for two of my homes. The fact that several years later the same service techs were still there and back at my new home says volumes for the kind of business that Audio buys is. Plus Ken is always there to help me thru any issues or wants that I might have.

We had two sonos boxes installed. Barry and his crew were great. They even cleaned up our spaghetti mess of cords; they really went above and beyond!

I am reviewing Audio Buys again because they continue to do such a great job that I felt it necessary to review them again. They did all the wiring in our new home, came back putting up surround sound, TV's outside TV's, and of course the security system. We decided we wanted cameras around the outside of our home and contracted Audio Buys to install them.

The crew was efficient, proficient, courteous, and extremely meticulous in their installation. They did absolutely no damage to the inside or outside of our home. They installed five cameras which are perfect. Before the installers

I consider myself an avid audiophile/videophile. I built through Toll as many others did and found the process with Barry and the Audiobuys team to be smooth. I could tell he really knew his stuff well. I even went and purchased some high-end equipment thereafter and his team did a great job with a clean install. Barry is busy, but he was always receptive and answered all my questions (and I can be very demanding).

I am happy with my experience and his prices were also very reasonable when compared to other installers.

An emergency technician was suppose to be on call and available by phone after hours. I had an alarm system malfunction and was given an emergency number to call at Audio Buys. The telephone tree message system is a loop with a recording telling me to call the same number I had already dialed for emergency service! No live person was ever reached that night. Thank goodness nothing happened that night while I was without a functioning system. It felt like that Simply Safe System commercial!

We bought our Toll Brothers home as a resale so we had an opportunity to reach out to AudioBuys independently when building our theater. They worked seamlessly with our contractor and were able to make suggestions about the room configuration and color choices that ultimately enhanced the experience while staying well within our budget. I found Audio Buys through online research and scheduled them to move all my devices in the family room (cable box, blu-ray player, apple tv, wireless router) to the basement, and use an IR repeater on the family room TV. We have a toddler who was trying to yank on all the unsightly cables hanging out of the wall. We worked with Stan. The guys were here on time, did it all in 2 hours, and it all works like a charm. We also purchased a Sonos Connect amp through them which they installed, and even downloaded the app on our phones and showed us how to use it (for our outdoor speakers).
