Wise automation installed our Nest devices and did an awesome job! They were able to remove the chain cover that had been painted to the wall without a scratch to the paint on the wall. our existing doorbell is not quite compatible so it required some additional wiring, which they did quickly. Before leaving, they made sure the app worked on our phones and adjusted the doorbell camera resolution to our liking. He gave us a tour of the app and answered all questions. He also answer questions about our plans for additional security devices and installation. We are very happy customers and we have

Luke was a pleasure to work with. He helped us get a handle on somewhat outdated AV system and consider our options going forward. No hard sell on new equipment or other services (much appreciated). He also help us upgrade our internet to ensure that we were getting the best wireless reception throughout the house. We will definitely be using Luke as we move forward with any upgrades. He's a great resource to have on hand and we would highly recommend him.

I was having internet connectivity & strength issues at my house and now that I am working from home more, this was important to me and my business to have this taken care of quickly and professionally. Luke was absolutely great. Set up a Nest thermostat for me AND crossed to another company and did a Ring doorbell for me ( Amazon). He stuck around for almost 2 hours and made sure my fiancé and I were set up and knew the tips and tricks of both systems/apps. If you’re trying to bring your house into the 21st century, call Luke!

I received a quote from DC Metro Property Services extremely quick! They set a day/time and came out to my residence and installed a brand new Nest 3.0. I'm extremely satisfied with Technician's service. Luke showed me how to use the iphone app, key features and gave me useful recommendations for energy savings.
