When SFS originally opened, I was their very 1st patient. I had been looking for a dentist and couldn't wait for them to start seeing patients. I have never had any issues with the staff or dentists.
My most recent visit was nothing less than expected...Dr. Tran is a very friendly, compassionate and personable dentist. He makes you feel so at ease & comfortable when providing treatment.
The assistants and front office staff are very warm & welcoming. I have never left the office feeling as if I was just another number or payment that walked in the door.

My husband needed work done, they said he needed fillings so he got them. he had continued having pain after they were filled he was traumatized to go back due to how he was treated. He came to my dentist and then found out the cavities that were filled weren't filled correctly and there were still cavities in them. They offered to see him again but them he was informed that he would have to pay more money to be seen. save your money and go to a reputable practice that will take care of your needs and problems the first time!

Dr. Tran seemed to be in a hurry and told me i had cavities on all of my teeth. He was rude when i told him i have dental anxiety and he also did a "cleaning" and caused my gums to bleed. I was in pain, so i was very tense and he kept telling me to losen my lip because i was pushing his finger. There was blood all in my mouth when he finally finished. He told me to come in tomorrow so he can do the treatment, after i told him i have school tomorrow, he told me to skip school and come in. I told him i wanted him to refer me out to a sedation office and he seemed mad, i heard him get up

I've been taking my kids here for a long time but today they voiced they didn't like the doctor. That he was too rough on their mouth when cleaning. There seems to be a different dentist all the time. When they bring in one that's good and cares about the patients they seem to leave and I wonder why.

I'm very, very, disappointed with this place. When we first started going everything was fine. My two year old was the one being seen. As time went on we noticed that they were paying less attention to her. Giving a quick look into her mouth and ushering us out. A few months later we noticed cavities. We took her back, mentioned the cavities, same thing. A quick look, everything's fine, see ya next time. This last time we got a referral to an actual pediatric dentist. I’m almost 40 now and have never had cavities or dental work done! I went to Santa Fe smile store in Santa Fe Texas. The staff was professional. I had a tooth that was so loose and the dentist (New), looked in my opinion scared. The so called Dentist didn't even look at the Tooth had a DIDN'T CARELESS ATTITUDE... saying my BP just a couple points to high. I have been up for 2 plus days. Needless to say i still have a tooth that needs extracted. I would shop for a Dentist who listened to his patient. I preferred previous dentist. I would not recommend.

My children love Santa Fe Smiles they have a blast when they go there to get there teeth cleaned. They love the waiting area... they can play and climb and do all different sorts of activities, it’s like a… small play world inside😃 it’s totally kid friendly and the staff is Awesome!!! Dr. Shawshank Godbole is kind and very concerned about my children’s well-being and there teeth.

After an extensive search for a dentist's office that would be considerate of my fear of a dental chair, I can say I made the right choice with Santa Fe Smiles! I hadn't been to a dentist in many years. Started having some mild discomfort and decided it was about time. I was at the drug store next door and when I was done there, I went into Smiles to see if they took my insurance and make an appointment. I was happy they did and at my appointment they made me feel comfortable and let me know exactly what they were doing as they went along. All in all I had a good experience and will be going back!

They starting off an excellent place, I even changed my children's dentist after years but then the " real " set in when they became comfortable with myself and family! When you become a regular, you are treated totally different. I thought this would be my last stop for my dental needs but I've been proven wrong! I can't even get a phone call as promised!!!
