Services
La Salle College Preparatory strives to educate and inspire our students to explore, discover, and innovate in and out of the classroom. Even after their school tenure, we keep our alumni engaged through regular news stories and press releases all the way to social media posts.

Each and every day, we work to offer our community of curious and capable students opportunities that develop and nurture personal growth through exploration and discovery.
An essential part of the vision of Saint John Baptist de la Salle was that each school form a community in which people would be deeply aware of having responsibility for each other. This is true for faculty, students and parents at La Salle High School. Together, we build that healthy and warm atmosphere which is so essential for the success of the School and our young people.
Every Friday during the school year, La Salle parents and students can expect to receive our Weekly Bulletin! During the summer months (June - July) the bulletin will be sent every two weeks. Upcoming Events: A comprehensive list of important events and dates to remember for the week ahead. School News: Updates about our community, accolades, achievements, and a social media highlight.

Terrible cult like institution. If you are white and straight you will love it. Otherwise you will be used for tuition and attempt to be indoctrinated. Nearly ruined my life.

La salle once was a high school of a high achieving brotherhood. Under the reign of 20 years of Pat Bonocci this school has sunk to a new low with more than 1/3 of the student population with mild to severe learning disabilities. On the flip side the school offers almost 3 hours of free tutoring every day! I guess they feel they need it

once apon a time before girls and football this school was mentioned in the same breath as Loyola , Flintridge Prep and Poly and the students aspired to the Ivyes. Now the aspire to Cal State La. They cant even get a car line to execute correctly? its

La Salle High School is outstanding. The students are well rounded, the teachers are caring, and the academic rigor is just right. There is something for everyone and La Salle provides a caring community. This school reminds me that there is more to education than getting As. La Salle encourages individuality, respect for others, service, and confidence.

This school has an problem with the teachers in giving a load of busy work to students that in fact hold many of the students back from their potentials. Most teachers are failure alumnis who crawl back after they fail to find a job in the workforce due to the horrible colleges the go on to. Teachers fail to teach in a coherent manner which forces many students to self study or just utterly fail. The new principle and head of faculty are ones who moved up due to a lack of competition for those spots and has enforced a new form of policy that aims to make the students to become little puppets that

Summary: the school does not care about your children.

La Salle is a testament to how Catholic retribution theory fails and only causes more rebelliousness. The teachers willingly yell at students, shut down alternative viewpoints, and do not encourage critical thinking whatsoever. Save your money and time and look elsewhere.

This is a great school, good community. The campus could be better. The teachers are good and the students are great. Ms. Parga is a great teacher and so are the others I guess... also the tuition is stupidly high

My son is thriving here! I cannot speak highly enough about this school. The best school is the one that fits you the best. For my son, this is it. Come shadow for a day and see if it is right for you. "Boys will be boys, but Lasalle boys will be gentlemen."

As a parent, I am very disappointed in the results of this school. Especially the athletic department. The girls basketball team has an incompetent head coach who is very inappropriate toward the players. He demeans them, yells, and is very discouraging to their confidence as players. The coach has been there about 3 years and has had different coaches to assist him every year. The athletic director still has him there instead of doing the right thing of letting him go. If you have a daughter that plays basketball, do not bring them to La Salle!! They will take the love away from her and will not

I can't imagine anyone giving this school less than five stars! Amazing place for kids and parents. I read an article recently about a professional baseball player who went to La Salle. He said the school taught him how to grow and become a man. The statement truly resonated with me. I can see my child and friends blossoming and maturing in the most wonderful ways. They try new activities, feel supported by other students, love engaging classroom topics. When your child is energetic in the morning and ends the school day with a big smile, worth every penny. As far as college goes

What a great high school is. My eldest son attends and just finished sending in college applications. Their counselor department is the best in town and they have been so helpful in assisting my son throughout the application process. Whatever happens next is out of our hands, but thank goodness for this school!!

My son received a quality education that prepared him for college. Equally as important were the relationships he built with his peers, teachers and administrators. He will forever remember his time at La Salle. As a parent, I too appreciate the education my son received and would recommend La Salle without hestitation.

My daughter attended La Salle and the continued her education with a Bachelors from Wellesley College and a Masters from George Washington University. Her success in college is due the the very well rounded educational foundation she received at La Salle. She was able to pursue her love of both science and the arts while participating in student leadership and drama. She continued her foundation in La Salle's core principles by continuing as a Lasallian Collegian during her college years.
She was most influenced by her teachers in English, US History and Honors Chemistry where she developed

I am a graduate of La Salle from the late '90's and am very grateful for the opportunity that was given to me to attend such a fine high school. The academics are top notch, and the athletics and arts programs are competitive. All are cradled in a service to others culture.

Many things that I learned at the school still resonate with me today. I formed many lifelong friendships and have La Salle to thank.

This high school was positively the best experience for my son. His attendance at LaSalle helped him get into (and has allowed him to flourish) in college - He was well prepared! If you have a son that is considering a prep school for his high school experience, I am certain that you will find no better school than LaSalle.
