Would give a 0 rating if possible. One trip one out of 3 items worked when I got them home. Just picked up my zero mower turn that set outside in the weather for 2 months and was never fixed. Took it to another shop and found out that the $500 computer is fried because it wasn't installed correctly by this shop. Wouldn't let them work on a blind mule!

Highly recommend this place. My husband was looking for a part to fix our Homelite weed eater and found Randy online. We are in San Antonio, Tx. Received the part fast, packaged well, and my husband installed it no problem. We literally have a brand new weed eater for a 1/3 of the cost of a new one. Thanks so much!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever received!!! Total dishonest Con man. This business is a joke, that just wants your hard earned cash. Do not purchase anything from this shop. Go anywheres but here for all your needs! I am disgusted with this place. I inquired about a Carburetor Kit and a Chain tensioner, and Randy tried to force me to purchase it through electronic means. He contacted eBay to try to penalize me. Thankfully eBay understood and assured me that they would remove the complaint. Randy has Terrible service!!

I've been doing business with Randy for a few years now, and he's generally the first person I go to for my parts. I've had a couple occasions where I received the incorrect part, but Randy always goes out of his way to make it right.
On the subject of the negative review here, I'm not sure why you would go out of your way to complain about a lack of a toll-free number in this age of cell-phone tech. I don't feel as though that reviewer is being completely honest in his opinion of this business.

Ordered off eBay as guest and unfortunately couldn't give positive feed back, but am here. Ordered a chainsaw part, received it ahead of schedule, was exact part needed, and fit perfect. Had to get a piece of fuel line which was also bad, but after that problem solved. Were far away so haven't used them personally for service, but I give the online service three thumbs up. Thanks from A Satisfied Customer.
