Dishonest and incompetent
I bought a new Husky 525L from Rural King the end of summer 2021. I used it for a few hours on our farm over a few weeks. I went to use it one day and the trigger was bound up. The trimmer was always hung up in the shop or in my hands being used. I removed the plastic piece covering the trigger to see if what was binding up the trigger was obvious. I called Husqvarna and the sent me to Hamersville power equiptment to be repaired under warranty with all needed codes and recipt. They had the string trimmer for nearly 3 months. They originally told me the trigger was broken

Nightmare experience. We purchased a new Scag mower on 3/27/21.
I asked for the manual, and keys upon completion of the transaction. Chris goes to a file cabinet, and returns with a moldy, wrinkled set of papers in a plastic sleeve. "I am ashamed to give these to you", he says.
Took 3 weeks to get a manual of loose leaf pages he ran off on his copier. No bound book. Rudely told that I could look anything up online I needed prior to copying the pages.
On 5/13/21 mower battery was dead. I asked to get a replacement. No call, no show. It had been slow to start from day 1. I offered to bring the

I had bought a new power saw on line and I received this saw after a period of two week backlog. A 395 xp Husqvarna chain saw with a 36" bar and chain. I put this big long bar saw together and it would not run. No spark. I took it in for warranty work and they got it going and running asp. You can not find a better place to trust your equipment with. Very Knowledgeable and true professionals. 5 stars Awesome job thank you Hamersville power Equipment.

Took my scag walk behind mower in as my mower blades weren't engaging. Andy correctly diagnosed the issue as a sticking exhaust valve. Gave me a quote of $400 and 2 weeks in the shop. I gave them the ok to begin work, called back 2 weeks later to get an update and was told the estimate is ready that the exhaust valve was sticking, and it is recommended to change the motor at a cost of $1500.
When I explained that I was suppose to be picking the mower up and that I already received an estimate and gave the ok for $400, I was told that a mechanic quit and $400 would be a 'quick fix' and $1500 is

It is never good to go to the repair shop, but the guy that runs and owns this place makes it better. The redesigned carb couldn't work. I spent a few days and then they spent a week working on it. When nothing worked he made me a deal couldn't refuse. A saw that has only needed what they all need. Gas. Oil.and a sharp blade.
