We stayed in the “Ocean Bay” suite. SO ADORABLE! My family absolutely loved this suite. The extra amenities that are available upon booking are superb. Host communication and helpfulness was perfect! Being within walking distance of such a fun rec center was a huge plus too! Definitely recommend for anyone staying in the Provo area!

Oh my gosh this place is amazing! We held a family reunion here. They made sure that every bed was prepared and that the configurations of our families matched perfectly with the layouts of their suites. Everyone had their own space but we still had room to gather together. The decor was fun. The kids LOVED the hidden little passageways and playhouses in the suites. This place is close to everything so it was perfect spot for an urban-based family reunion.

This is the best place I’ve stayed ever for a nice, clean, home-y feel. The staff was super nice and the Bavarian loft was cute and perfect for me, my husband, and our 5 year old. The location is perfect to walk to anything you need and great food options extremely close. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Utah.

Exquisite hotel/bed and breakfast find except without the breakfast because you have your own kitchen. Staff is fantastic. Rooms are immaculate and elegant. I had a fantastic stay, I will definitely come back to this location again!

Oh my goodness!! There is no place like this one. The staff were so helpful and kind. They responded to my needs. It felt like home. I had EVERYTHING I could possibly need. My room was so beautiful and I felt so special. And the soaker tub...I have always wanted one of those and for a little while, I had that dream come true! Thank you Aspenwood Manor! I can't wait to come again! <3

This is a very nice/clean hotel. However, unprofessional staff. Maybe I shouldn’t speak for the whole staff rather than the one individual I was in contact with. I was taken back by the way I was spoken to. No need to be so harsh, kindness goes a long way.

We booked the event room and the suite above for my daughters 18th birthday. I was already impressed by the hosts sweet demeanor, who appeared to be just as excited about my daughter's yearly milestone as we were. :) The entire booking process was easy and their customer service was impressive but the price was SO good that we really didn’t expect anything more than your basic hall & room. HOWEVER, when we first entered the event suite, we were pleased to find the most quaint and updated space!! It has the feeling of a cozy craftsman-style home, complete with a kitchen, bathroom, and several

The pictures on their website are very accurate looking to the room that you book which is a plus. I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the towels and dishes. *Tip: bring DVD’s or a laptop because there are not a lot of decent channels to watch. However, my rating went up to 4 stars because the service of the staff is amazing! They respond so quickly to your questions and Sarah helped me save over $80 on a better room! They may not have all the typical hotel amenities but their staff goes above and beyond to improving your stay.

I stayed here for a weekend in the Provo/Orem area to escape some of the snow higher in the mountains for a bit. We were in the micro-studio and it was lovely! We'll furnished and nicely decorated. I accidentally broke a glass while here and the owner was very understanding and incredibly kind about it.

My wife and I and 2 children stayed in the Duffield cottage and had a great experience. The place was really nice, and had lots of great little features that I didn't expect like a keyless entry and a nest thermostat. It was a great location and the staff was easy communicate with once we got into the suite, but they were a little challenging to get a hold of initially. I loved that there were no shared walls, it was a little house that stood on its own. The beds were very comfy, and overall it was a really really great experience for our family to stay there for 10 days. It was very clean

This place was fantastic! We stayed in the Waltzing Matilda suite, and it was just perfect for us. It was just my wife and myself, but it could have fit around 13 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a bunk bed, and loft bed, and just about everything else you could think of. They thought of everything, it seems. They even have Netflix, for those that like to stay in. The TV swiveled away from the wall so we could watch a movie while we ate at the dining table. (‍)
Lots of light, lots of fun, definitely a luxury stay, at an affordable price. If you're going to Provo, you want to stay here

Quiet, clean and quant. This would be a five star review except for one thing. No soap. There was a lovely goody basket full of snacks on the table which is a nice gesture but it would have been an even nicer gesture had it been hand soap, maybe a roll of paper towels... The cost would have been the about same if not less. Fortunately there's a grocery store right around the corner. We went there to buy snacks and food for breakfast and also hand soap...

Cute place in a nice location, close to the new temple and lots of great restaurants downtown. We went to Communal for breakfast and I highly recommend it!

Oh and they have AppleTV hooked up so you can enjoy movies for $5 from iTunes instead of paying the ripoff $20 from other hotels!

I highly recommend staying here! This is a great luxurious "boutique" inn to stay at for a good price in the heart of downtown. I'll definitely come back again.
