We have had the worst experience with VactionRoost and the Vacation Insurance they work with; Vacation Guard. We were supposed to take a 2 day holiday on March 1st, and the roads were closed into Keystone, CO. Not only did we not get to use the townehome, but we are still fighting for the "insured" refund that it looks like we will not get. Buyer, BEWARE!!! Read all the policies, get the policy in writing before you purchase, VacationRoost will not refund and will pass the buck. Very sad too, looked like a great place to vacation!!

I wanted to let you know how fabulous our accommodations were this weekend. The “townhouse” was really a beautiful home with three floors, plenty of room to spread out, privacy, plenty of BATHROOMS, and oh so accommodating and comfy inside. My family was so impressed! My brother and sister in law have come to Utah to ski a lot, but they’d never been in the summer and they loved hiking and wandering around the nearby ski village. My mom was very pleased with the well organized and laid out kitchen and she cooked and served meals the entire time! I’m so glad we picked Deer Valley instead

We rented an amazing property in Breckenridge to entertain clients, and they were beyond impressed! I knew that our event was as important to Ashley as it was to us when I got a text late at night telling me to check my email right away! After a long and specific search, she'd found a place that was absolutely perfect for us, exactly- or better than- described, we will be booking the same home next year, excellent service, perfect property, we are happy!

I used Vacation Roost for my Honeymoon a few months ago. And it was AMAZING! We stayed in Park City for three days and the place we stayed at was perfect. Hot tub, two bedrooms, large kitchen, large TV, large beds, etc. It was nice to have a company like vacation roost to get you the best deals and best hook-ups. THANKS

My husband and I loved our ski trip to Crested Butte, CO. VacationRoost helped us find a rockin' place. Our room was about 100 yards from the Silver Queen lift, which was super convenient. I loved being able to wake up and get right on the mountain. It was easy; no problems; loved my stay. I would definitely use VacationRoost again.

I have had the opportunity to use VacationRoost and have stayed in properties they represent in Jackson Hole, Steamboat, Tahoe Northstar, Sun Valley, Park City and Deer Valley. Their customer service is awesome and takes care of any issue that might happen at any of the properties they represent. At one stay in Deer Valley the room fireplace was not working and they couldn't get it fixed. We were able to get them to switch us rooms to one that had a working fireplace for the night. They may not always be the most inexpensive, but you do get what you pay for and they do take good care of the customer
