Cawley Environmental Services, Inc. (CES) has been in operation for over 21 years specializing in consultation, operations, maintenance, and management services for water and wastewater treatment facilities.
We are certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Agency and the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control to operate, maintain, and manage water and wastewater treatment facilities throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware and surrounding areas.

Preparation and submission of state required documents to the PA DEP / DE DNREC such as Annual Maintenance Reports and permit renewals/transfers. Following extensive treatment and disinfection, effluent is discharged directly into a stream. Wastewater is recycled following treatment and disinfection when used to irrigate vegetated areas.
Local and state-required sampling and compliance monitoring with analysis provided by accredited Environmental Testing Laboratory. Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annually required documents to the PA DEP / DE DNREC. Give us a call and we'll see what we can do. Currently we only accept payment through ACH and by check.
