Noreen Barcena, an alumna of the Webb Schools of California, is also a graduate of Pitzer College, having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and Organizational Studies. Ms. Barcena attended law school at University of La Verne College of Law.
In 2018, Ms. Barcena was awarded Pitzer College's Young Alumni Achievement Award for her legal work in immigration reform, advocating for underserved populations, and creating strategic community partnerships.Ms. Barcena is actively involved with the Los Angeles Superior Court's Family Division as a Daily Settlement Officer.

Alma Gabriela Bosch is Barcena Law Offices' Financial Manager and Client Advocate Ms. Bosch was a personal assistant for many years before beginning her career as a Legal Secretary for Barcena Law.
Ms. Bosch attended the Beverly Hills Bar Association Legal Secretary Course, and has volunteered with non-profit organizations such as the Mexican American Bar Association and Ferias Legales by assisting in coordinating legal fairs, providing logistical aid to the attorney's and with her friendly attitude.

Michell Chavez is the Immigration Law Paralegal at Barcena Law Offices. Ms. Chavez is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, earning her Bachelor's of Art degree in 2020. Ms. Chavez commits her time to helping our immigration law clients throughout their case, and ensuring that they are appraised of the complexities of their immigration process.

I needed some advice with a family law case I am currently involved in. She was very straightforward and told me the truth about my situation and not just what I wanted to hear in order to save me money which I really appreciate. She did not want to take any of my money even though she spent almost an hour with me on the phone and also told me to feel free to call back anytime if I had any more questions. Attorney Barcena is the best! I had a $1,000 ticket from university parking and they fined me twice for the same offense in a single incident. It was absolutely obnoxious that they charged me that much for a parking ticket. I was not going to accept that, so I called Noreen. She was super attentive to my issue, and drove over an hour and a half to attend a hearing with me in order to dispute the ticket. After going to many Attorneys that would not take my husbands case Noreen agreed to take it! She is very professional and easy to communicate with. She filled for my husbands citizenship and gave us hope after many Attorneys turned us away. My husbands case was not that easy as he had previous issues with the law . Due to my father's passing, I came to Noreen to put a restraining order against a criminal. After hearing my case, she took it seriously and took action in an instant. Since I have been told this criminal is doing all he can to avoid getting served, to my surprised, Noreen made sure he was found.
