Shoutout to James! He somehow found time to make an emergency house call today on our dock at Pilate Rock on CDA. This pretty much saved my summer because without his help we couldn’t put the boat in the water and I have friends up from out of town later this week! My dad thinks James and Isaac walk on water. Thanks, HDB!

James and Ray were out today to install two new jet ski ports, re do all the siding on the dock and install a new ladder. They did a great job, the dock has never looked better. The jet ski ports are very easy to put the jet ski up on. Really happy.

James from HDB Marine just finished the installation of our new Basta boat lift. HDB Marine has been a welcome sight since last Fall’s Labor Day storm. Since then they have also installed three new pilings, repaired our dock, hauled off our sunk boat, and installed a new ladder. James and the rest of the crew are always great to work with.

This company left my 76-year-old mother with a dock that was half submerged and had no stability that was in 2020 for 2021 the pilings were not placed and the dock is tied to the beach but they will not come and provide the services that the Coeur d'Alene tribe gave them permits to do at this location.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. They always call back in a timely manner. My piling ring broke last week and they came out the next day and fixed it. They have added pilings for me and fixed my ramp. They are professional and courteous. I’ve tried a number of dock companies over the years, and this one has been the most responsive by far.

My mooring was pulled off shore over the winter of 2016-2017, and I have been trying to get HDB to replace it for over a year. It’s mid-2019 now, and there’s still no way to access the dock from shore unless I want to swim to it. I keep calling them, they keep telling me they’re just about to do it, but it never gets done and I am given no heads-up or explanation. I am very unhappy with Harrison Dock Builder’s customer service. I suggest looking elsewhere for someone who will honestly attempt to deserve your business.

Customer service is not great. They are very expensive. My dock that they installed has come off the pilings twice. Had I not noticed it right away it would have absolutely wrecked my $50,000 Wakeboard boat. They fixed the first one and I fixed the second one because I didn't want my dock sitting on the rocks for a day. They broke boards on my dock during the installation process. They said that they would come fix them. It has been two months and still no word on that. I would recommend finding another company for your lake needs.
