Mark's Marine Inc. was started by Mark Gagnier in 1970, back in International Falls, Minnesota as a small Service Shop and Lund Dealer. In the early 1980's, Mark's Marine Inc. moved to Coeur d'Alene. Contacted service dept for part and installation of a part on my weldcraft boat after 5 days of no call backs and having to call back three times two times the person I was trying to deal with had no memory of our previous phone calls he stated that weldcraft would not answer his emails or phone calls so I called weldcraft they answered my call and reacted to my needs immediately GREAT SERVICE after that Mark's called me back and said that all the tops are custom and I should go to a private shop B.S

Mark(salesman, not owner), was very helpful. We did not buy from him, but we certainly will in the future. We bought a used one that we will certainly keep for a little while but he has been very thoughtful to answer some questions and we will do our maintenance at Mark's Marine because of him. Highly recommend.

Bought my first new boat from Mark's in 1998. They didn't want to give me the extras I had on the sale invoice. Argued about it for two hours. First boat and the worst experience ever. Finally got boat home and found the livewell was even hooked up or secured to the deck. Drain for the sink wasn't done. In February 2021, I decided to give them one more try. Bought a new 150 HP engine for my boat to replace the 90 HP. Picked the boat up and the wife and I went out to test it. The fuel tank was empty! 55 gallons of fuel gone. I purchased a new Lund from Mark's. The sales man was kind and worked with my situation and was helpful. Even though the boat was not even in stock. However after the purchase I had to take the boat back several times after having wiring and battery issue. After that I decided to buy a cover from them as well because it was fitted specifically to the boat. This is where the issues started back up. I was told the the install of snaps where included with purchase of the cover. The cover itself was very expressive ($891.00) so this would have made since. It was not only about 5 times the cost of most
