After my truck got rear ended, I was working with the claims adjuster and she was extremely difficult to deal with. I spoke with Mike at autobody concepts and after filling him in, he ran with everything. He called the claims adjuster directly and coordinated everything from the repair work to setting up the rental car reservation. The customer service was hands down some of the best around and the repair work is right up there as well. I will definitely go back for any repairs I ever have in the future.

Completely satisfied & grateful for their professional fast service. I was going through a rough time both of my cars ended up with them i needed at least one car back & they took care of me promptly.

I meant to write a review for these guys months ago. They do really professional work and have excellent customer service. Also, they only use factory oem parts to repair so you aren’t getting anything less than quality. They took care all of the insurance headaches and really put my mind at ease. I would never go to anyone else in Omaha. These guys are the absolute best. Thanks Corey and Mike!

Great place and I would highly recommend taking your car here to be serviced. My car was damaged when somebody backed into my front end in a parking lot.
State Farm Gave me a list of Authorized Auto Body shops and after reading the reviews I chose Auto Body Concepts and couldnt be more happier with my decision, the quote was Fast and simple, my car was worked on in a timely manner and repaired to like new status. Love the Life Time warranty that comes with their work. Must say I thought my experience was gonna be a Long Drawn out Pain Full one but coulndt be farther from the truth it was the total

I had a great experience with Auto Body Concepts. They were in the middle of my 3 quotes I got, but they kept in contact with me during the quote process and also throughout the repair. They even returned my rental car for me and vacuumed my car. They warranty their repairs for as long as you own the vehicle.
