Past 4 years I only used my local Mercedes dealership for yearly service because I thought they were the only ones that serviced Smart Cars. First year using Auto Technik - car was done same day (never happened with Mercedes dealership) and cost me literally half of what the dealership charged me for the same work. Techs were super friendly and went over all the work, will definitely be returning the next time I need my car serviced.

I have used them since 2003. A friend referred me who had been using them for about 5 or 6 years at that time. They have serviced all four of my cars during these years. They are honest, reasonable prices, and quality work. I used to hate to deal with mechanics because I always thought I was being taken advantage of. But with Autotechnik, I have never had a problem and Sham and Jay has always stood behind their work.
