I had tires, shocks, alignment all done here..
I went back to have the alignment redone, I also had go back to get the tires balanced twice with no luck
They couldn't do it right, Johnny tried to tell me the tires were balanced like a new truck..they weren't...
Took my truck to Americans tire where they told me the wheels where counter balanced and they fixed the issue..
What a waste of money and time because Comtires doesnt know what they're doing..

Has not been a good experience. We were charged $800 to get our ac fixed. They called us told us it was working to coming pick it up. We picked it we live 2 streets away it never got cold. Notified you guys it didn’t work and you said that’s not your fault. We were upset and took it back the next day. And got charged $150 just for you guys to put rubber on the wires. We left it worked. The next day while driving we heard a weird noise popped the hood to a broken belt on the compressor and now no ac again. So we tried to go get it fixed but you guys are closed sat and Sunday. So we had to cancel

Thank you comtires. Johnny was able to find me the exact OEM replacement. He was able to get it quickly and I got it installed the next day. Currently with everything going on everywhere you go either there's a shortage of things and long wait times. That was not the case here. It's really awesome that I got what I needed when I needed it. Johnny was very helpful and friendly. Will come here again. The tech who worked on my car did a great job. Smooooth ride. I would highly recommend Comtires! I don't usually write reviews but I had to share about the excellent work and amazing service from Comtires. They exceeded my expectations. Edgar and Johnny were honest, knowledgeable and patient as they answered all my questions. I also want to thank the mechanic that worked on my truck. I'm extremely happy with the 8 inch suspension lift they completed on my Toyota Tundra.

Just got my car back from Comtires Corporation on Holt. You can not ask for better people. They do great work and make sure things get repaired correct. They have my business. I think Santa is having a White Christmas with cold winds blowing! They have fixed my sleighs Air compressor, Brakes, Radiator, Shocks. It took some time as the Air problem would not show itself. The Boys, I mean Men would not stop until they corrected it. Great job.

I contacted Edgar and he was knowledgeable had excellent recommendations and timed everything out perfectly. I have been working alongside this corporation for about 3 years now and now I am a customer of theirs and having been through the experience myself I can say 10 out of 10 would highly recommend. The staff is knowledgeable they were quick friendly and took care of my vehicle in and out with no issues.

Nothing came out as expected. Had bumpers trimmed to give tire clearance and one side was done nicely while the other was rushed and trimmed horribly. Luckily Louis/Luis offered to somewhat remedy the situation, which I appreciated. I should have just done it myself and not trusted this place. I had two other services done, one was reprogramming the tpms readings. If I'm paying to have this done why aren't all readings same? Two tires read 41psi another 43 and the other 49... I just don't get it, there just seems to be a lack of pride in the work being performed. Lastly and

I purchased tires and rims at this place. I scheduled to have them mounted on a separate date. It took them 3 HOURS to get it done. Pretty annoying. With purchase of tires they give free tire rotation so I scheduled my tire rotation when they were due. I showed up today on time and I was told it would be 1 HOUR for tire rotation!! I asked the counter person why schedule appointments if they can't keep to them. He stated "sometimes they fall behind". I told him to cancel..he then asked if I want to reschedule and I said no thanks. He then said "perfect". Absolutely

Be careful here. They will sell you "new tires" that have been sitting on their shelf for years. Had a family member come here and I checked the dot (date of the "new" tires) and they were from 2015. I called and I could barely understand the guy and I asked what he could do to fix the situation and he said they're new never been used blah blah and theres nothing he could do to fix it. I argued back and forth and finally got him to put a "cheaper" brand tire with newer dots on the car no extra fee. Tires were still a year old but I guess it's better that

Came in early and gave them custom alignment specs that they have done before, and left so they could do it. Came back to a completely different alignment and they told me they won't fix it, and to leave. Also broke my seat rails on my car and wouldn't replace them. Had to get one of the employees to give me his because they refused to fix. Will not be visiting again since they basically told me to leave with an alignment that I did not want. I was in need of break service, and I came across this cool shop driving on my way home. I have a busy work schedule and it's hard for me to schedule appointments early in the morning. Comtires accommodated an appointment for me last minute in the afternoon. My service advisor was Uriel, he's really nice and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Great service. Definitely I will be returning in the future for future services. Awesome experience!

This place was my life saver. I had a horrible week trying fix my car and people giving me the run around at the dealer ship. So I called my insurance and they gave me a few places to take my car and thanks to yelp I saw this place came highly recommend. Uriel was the one to help me, he took my car in immediately and he always kept in touch with me about any updates. And when they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car they were straight up honest about it and handed it over to another mechanic that could help. I recently had my car serviced at Comtires as they are a preferred auto shop for CarMax. All the employees I interacted with were very courteous and helpful. Laura, who was working with me throughout the repair process kept me updated on the progress and did her best to ensure I get my car back in a timely manner.

I was referred here by my dealership because they were booked out for almost a month, so CarMax gave me some referrals and ComTires was one of them.
I called them and they had a spot for me the next day! Which was super convenient because my check engine light was on.
Everyone who works there is super nice and goes out of their way . Once they diagnosed my vehicle they brought me into the back and actually showed me what was wrong and explained why it wasn't good.
They fixed everything in a good amount of time and my car is running smoothly.

I brought my 86 Monte Carlo its a show car I only drive about 200 miles A month I just recently purchased four brand-new tires and had to replace the two back tires.
I had them for about six months but driven the car less than 1000 miles.
I was told that the warranty would not be honored because of the low-profile tires that it was my car that caused the damage to the Rims.
I didn't mind them telling me that but when I brought you my car you should have told me right then and there you being the professional that my car could possibly damage my tires.
Or at least figure out a way to
