Today, the third generation of Collins women own and manage Aunt Ann's In-House Staffing with an exceptional group of dedicated staff. As third generation owners, Denise and Sue Collins take great pride answering the question, "Who was Aunt Ann?" with "Our grandmother, Ann Collins." In 1958, Ann Collins, her son Tom, and daughter-in-law Sophie Collins opened Aunt Ann's Agency on Franklin Street in San Francisco.

Aunt Ann’s goes above a beyond with their service. The staff is so kind and responsive and attuned to how humans fit together. I interacted with four of Aunt Ann’s employees while searching for placement as a family assistant and all were so helpful and I was connected with a wonderful family that I adore. If you have scheduling restrictions they can think outside the box and are able to present all sorts of ideas for you. I feel they really have a keen ability to choose appropriate matches and they definitely vet the folks on both ends. I highly recommend Aunt Ann’s!

In 2013 I moved to the Bay Area and was struggling to find work teaching mid year, so I thought outside the box and contacted Aunt Ann's. I was contacted shortly after for an interview. Sue was very professional and straightforward, which I very much appreciated. Within the week I had 2 interviews lined up! I highly recommend Aunt Ann's for all of your staffing needs. The women who work there are so friendly and knowledgeable in the domestic staffing field. I originally contacted them to find a caregiver for my father but he happens to live outside of their service area. They gave me a recommendation to try an online resource and I found him a great caregiver shortly after. I will be returning to find a doula/nanny when my husband and I have children.

OUR FIST HOUSEKEEPER WAS HORRIBLE. SHE YELLED AT ME FOR "HIDING MY CLOTHES UNDER THE BEDS!!!"--OUR DOG APPARENTLY LIKED TO MAKE HER OWN LITTLE COZY BEDS FOR HERSELF!
THE SECOND HOUSEKEEPER WAS JUST AS BAD. SHE ARGUED WITH ME ON WHERE SILVERWARE WAS TO BE PLACED ON THE TABLE. NO, THE FORK DOES NOT GO ON THE RIGHT! SHE WOULD WASH ONE WASHCLOTH AS A FULL LOAD OF CLOTHING. WE PAID HER $4,000 A MONTH PLUS MEDICAL AND ALL PAID HOLIDAYS. I NEVER ONCE SAW HER VACUUM AND I WATCHED SPAGHETTI SAUCE REMAIN ON THE FLOOR OF THE LOWER KITCHEN UNTIL SHE FINALLY JUST STOPPED SHOWING UP AND THE NEW CLEANERS (NOT
