We were both very impressed by Scott's thorough inspection. He not only completed the inspection efficiently but also brought a sizeable amount of knowledge with him. He gave us a detailed report that included recommended action to take on fixes that needed addressed. I just can't say enough good things about our inspection with Scott. I was worried about choosing someone blindly over the internet but everything from scheduling (online, yay!!!) to the inspection and report was better than expected. We have bought and sold quite a few homes at this point and have had varying experiences. This was the first time my husband and I looked at the thoroughness of the inspection and report and thought "Wow, we really got our money's worth!" Thank you for a great experience.
