Fernanda was helpful with information, responsive with answers to questions and returning phone calls and texts promptly through the whole process of establishing a new policy. When I say that they made my taxes a breeze I truly mean it! First of all, I contacted many tax services at the same time to see my options and Fernanda and Marisol contacted me first while others took days to respond. They took such great care of me, they filed for my husband and I together and it was so easy I no longer have anxiety about tax season. Great experience! I came to transfer title on a vehicle and it was the most painless car reg/transfer experience of my life! Do not go to the DMV (it's closed right now anyway w/ COVID!). Come here! For a service company these guys are first rate, as busy as they are and in this situated in a very busy hustle bustle corner of Pomona.
The office staff a courteous and they own every situation they have not dropped the ball in any of my requests, premium people 100%

I didn't have time to go to DMV because of my work schedule and I needed to renew my tags so I went to this place but when I got there my registration was blocked because I didn't have insurance so they helped me get insurance and it was very affordable and immediately gave me my new registration and sticker. I'm so glad I didn't have to hassle with bad attitude at DMV and losing work time. I also got a cool keychain and fridge magnet. Super friendly staff. Didn't seem shady at all. Straightforward and quick. I will definitely be using their services again.
