I usually hand wash my car, but since it has been cold out, I decided to try this car wash since it’s close to home. It was pretty busy for a Sunday afternoon, so I know people were just trying to move quickly and efficiently through. Paid for a $15 wash with a few upgrades and waited my turn to enter. Since Ive never been to this one before, I didn’t realize it was a conveyer belt system. The attendant was extremely rude and kept waving his hands for me to pull forward even though there was another car in front of me. I actually like this car wash. I've used it many times with no issues. Vacs work great, the air chucks, towels and the mat vacuum are bonuses. However, I went through here a few weeks ago 1 week after buying a new car. While I was in the car wash I heard a pop but I thought it was out of the truck in front of me. Didn't think much of it or see anything when I walked around the car. Got home and my husband noticed it was the satellite radio wing thing. I wasn't upset at first as I thought it would be just a simple fix and they would make it right. I went back and filed a report and to date have

The window cleaner and towels is a bonus.
It was good. If you expect detail car wash go pay for a detail. The vacums work amazing and the air chuck blows away dirt from vents and hard to reach spots.
Will definitely recommend. After driving 11 hours and bugs all over the front of the car. The car came out clean

On a couple occasions the car wash wasn't open on time which is inconvenient as I try to wash my vehicle in the morning on the way to work.
When I canceled my membership due to unrelated reasons they would not pro rate the charges which has been standard at the other car washes I had memberships at. I could only transfer the membership to another vehicle if I payed for at least 2 additional months.
Hopefully the new car wash opening closer to Bell Shoals will be better.

Brought one of my cars here because my family uses this car wash. I got the $10 wash, it was good. Brought our other car the next day and got the $15 wash with the tire shine, the tire shine brushed on the side skirt of the car and caused light scratches as seen in the pictures. I hand wash this car and these scratches were not there before. I notified the car wash personnel about the situation. The manager called me back the next day and said nothing malfunctioned with the car wash so those scratches must have been there before and that he is not willing to do anything about it. I like this Carwash better than most. They provide a lot of services prior to and after your wash. There are two bug wash areas prior to entering the wash. The prices start at $5 for a wash and they also have the options to become a wash member.
After your wash, you have a spacious dry/vacuum/detailing area. They have two types of vacuum suction heads which to be honest I haven't seen in any other Carwash I've been to. They also have an air blaster hose to spray out dirt and dust from various areas inside of your car. They also provide windex and clean cloths to dry your car and wipe

These people are thieves , I was mistreated by an employee more than once. I have seen this person also abuse senior citizens who can't defend themselves from this bully . when I complain about this bully who works for them, they explained that arland car wash is a family business and because I'm complaining about this family member , they called the police and made a false report and put me on a no trespass order . These people are completely lame. They sent me a fake upgrade to all cars like mine until I came in receive my upgrade, they then verbally attacked me and called the police

Me and my son's cars have both been damaged going through this carwash. My son's antennae that is attached to his roof completely ripped off today. The attendant gave him the piece that broke off but didn't offer any money to help pay to get it repaired. My gas tank cover flew off from the wind in the car wash. I filled out a form and manager said his equipment didn't malfunction so there's nothing he can do. I will never return there. Our cars are only 3 years old and still look new. Never again.

I had being using this Carwash since it opens, sadly most of the employees doesn't know what they are doing, it has a very bad customer service from the manager side, my brand new car got scratched 2 times in the tunel, I informed to the the employees they took a report and also took pictures, when the manager call me he said that my car was already scratched prior my last 2 wash, which is impossible since I clearly check my cars first things in the morning, they need to get a better manager that can actually see the problems and also train the employees to offer better services

I have been to a lot of automated car washes and this one is the best by far. The actual tunnel seems longer and more equipment. At the end drying phase it had really cool red glowing dryers and many more smaller ones instead of the big units at other washes. At the very end of the tunnel it even had various huge cloths on rollers doing a final dry. (AMAZING). It is impossible to get every drop of water off but it is by far the most dry and spotless (no soap suds) I have ever seen coming out of a tunnel. A++ I will be back.

I've waited for this place to open and was impressed with the carwash itself even though it was a bit pricey (i paid $20 to vacuum myself)...i didn't mind the price .
However, I was greeted by what I can only assume was an ex-con at the entrance with a Swastika on his neck. He then started yelling when i didn't understand his hand gestures which can easily be compared to what the carnival workers use...i am so stressed out from the hospital and covid-19, it was awesome to get yelled at on my day off!!! i will never go back, nor recommend it.

This is the best car wash around hands down. From the wash itself, to the customer service. Eli was amazing and helped my husband and I figure out where to place our monthly pass stickers so that it worked (despite several attempts). The car wash has EVERYTHING you need for your vehicle to look it's best. It's a pleasant, cleanly environment and the little amenities hat are available are awesome! We take all our cars here.

This Carwash is easily the best in town! I'm really not a big fan of any drive thru car wash. Simply because I just always liked washing my vehicle myself. But with my new Tahoe it just takes forever to clean and dry correctly.
This place is awesome! Microfiber drying towels, air guns to get all the tight spots where water hides, window cleaner and the vacuuming hoses will pick up a bowling ball they are that strong!
I'm a two time a week at this Carwash.

I paid $7 for a basic car wash. Attendants took time to spray off bugs and tend to tough dirty spots before going into the tunnel. After the tunnel you had access to different interior stalls. Each stall had two options for vacuums(big nozzle and detail nozzle) air compressor, wash rags and interior and window solutions.
Highly recommended, efficient, clean, well maintained.

It's finally open! Stopped by on 12-1-19 at 11:30 to check it out.
The Corolla needed a cleaning (don't judge, she's DEPENDABLE) so I pulled in and bought a $5 wash from the machine. A mechanical arm lifted and I pulled around to the front. A nice man guided me onto the tracks and instructed me to put the car into neutral, keep my hands off the wheel and the brakes, and away we went.
The tunnel is longer than many car washes I've been to and has lots of lights and doo-hickies inside. It kinda feels like being abducted by aliens and taken into the mother ship. At the end
