Family Car Wash

Second time here. First time the attitude from the female worker that hands you the ticket was unfriendly and miserable. I said I wouldn’t go back. Mediocre job on car. I was driving in the area today and needed to get the car washed and this car wash just so happened to be on the way. The female cashier was unfriendly and even more rude to the gentleman talking on his cellphone near her, where she asked him to move. I’m sensing a New York or North/East vibe. That would explain the nasty obnoxious attitude. Again the car still wasn’t cleaned properly. I’ll be be going somewhere else.

This place is amazing they treat you with respect and do an excellent job all for a reasonable price. I will be back. I have a white dog and there was not 1 hair left behind.

Not too happy with my car wash. I had the family altimate and the inside vacuuming was fair as console was left with crumbs however my biggest disappointment was the windshield. I wanted rainx though they offered another product supposedly better than rainx, not sure weather they applied it or not but it doesn't feel any different when it rains. It rained, I did not see any difference on the windshid.☹️

Love this place! I have always had great service... they wash, vacuum, clean door jambs, windows, dash, console, tires, rims. This wonderful service saves me a couple of hours as I wait outside on a bench or watch TV in their lounge area.

They were AWESOME had my windows tinted and it came out AMAZING sets the silver off on my car makes it look sporty. They treat you like FAMILY and have many other specialty items. After car was done they even gave it the ULTIMATE WASH. I would HIGHLY recommend them to all my friends and now my cars have a NEW place to get jobs done as well as washing. THANKS GUYS AND GIRLS. My mom came to get her car detailed and as a reviewer stated below on a previous comment they were rude to the employees that were detailing the cars. As a buisness you should respect everyone all the way down to the lowest position possible. My mother was appalled. This company should honestly do better.

I went to Family Car Wash yesterday for the first time. Had the full detail done to my 2005 Escape and did not know what to expect. The dashboard and inside of my vehicle really needed a lot of work. After 4 hours my car was done. I was amazed how my car looked. It was beautiful. They did an amazing job and I want to thank everyone for your work. I will return and recommend you to my friends. Thank you Lee for explaining everything to me before you started on my car. Well done everyone.

They were very friendly and informative about their options. I had a bottle of chocolate milk explode in my back seat thanks to kid leaving it in car in hot Florida summer car. Due to working from home and not going out as often... we weren't really sure how long it was there. Eeeewww. Well they offered to help but told me upfront they may not be able to get it all. I might need to be prepared for several trips to get it cleaned.

The value is good. There were some minor misses on being thorough but overall good job.

I was hesitant to use the Family Car Wash & Auto services "wash/clean" services for our car today. I have used several similar services before and been underwhelmed. Needless to say, from the moment I pulled up they took car of me and my car! SO PLEASED!
I was able to chat with the staff about what I needed and they worked with me and my price point to get the job done. I ordered basic wash and a few extra al la cart items since my car needed a bit of extra car. Driving from Denver with 2 dogs really mucked it up.
The end result is FABULOUS and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience

Family Car Wash is THE BEST! Chris and Curtis go out of their way to insure a great job is done. The first time was to have our mirror recovered for our mirror photo booth. Chris special ordered the correct film and had in done in less than 30 minutes. Took my van back to have the windows tinted. Chris didn't try to sell me the most expensive package first and just gave me the facts of each level. I did opt for the BEST package. I also needed an oil change and a mess cleaned up from a previous place not putting the oil cap back on and they did a great job for me! Next on my list is to try out their

I went to Family Car Wash Friday, February 26th it was crowded but worth the wait. I have been going to this place ever since I decided I didn't want to wash my car any longer it doesn't agree with my COPD. They do a wonderful job inside and out. I recommend them highly. When my Daughter comes up from Sebring, and she needs a car wash she also uses Family.

I was visiting a friend and she told me we were going to head over to the car wash, I was shocked when we pulled up. I have never seen a place you get out and they take your car through the process. I normally don't enjoy taking my car through the normal car wash because I am a little claustrophobic, so this was a new & positive experience. The employees had great customer service skills and explained the different packages they offer. I am new to the area!! I was immediately impressed with the staff here. Very friendly and helpful! Chris, manager took good care of my 3 cars!!! Got them all tinted, one a complete detailing, and one oil change!! His team consist of Drew, Leo, Curtis and Jessica. They all work very well together, communication is amazing with their headphones. Even the owner Kevin came to me and thanked me for my business! Very friendly atmosphere, clean and bright! Had my truck detailed inside and out, absolutely terrible job! They told me half thru the job we should charge you more, 45 dollars more to clean the wheels and another45 more for the outside of the truck but then said they won't charge me the extra!! They brought out the truck, rain spots all over front grill, floor mats dirty, said they couldn't clean them, front leather seat dirty, said couldn't clean it , said afraid they would ruined the leather. Since we are in the area we got the car washed. Easy, fast, and good service all round. Can't beat the price for what you receive.

Buyer beware!. Today is 12-1-19 and I got a full service last night before they closed. I paid for the family special which is their highest plan and it was the worst service I have ever received anywhere. I would have been better off with the basic plan price or just did it myself. They did not wash the back of the vehicle, didn't wipe down the dash or middle console and didn't vacuum the seats or passenger side floor. I didn't even get an air freshener that was requested. I would completely avoid buying a car wash service from this place!

There slogan is Friends to Family well let me tell you I find that hard to believe. They were better with the old owner. They increased
$$$prices and the work is not great. I came home and found areas missed. Things are not explained on pricing when they check you in. Shame on them. I even reviewed the web sight prior to my visit. The girl at the desk has no personality, then when I spoke with the manager egarding the cost I was belittled.
That's a FRIEND aka FAMILY member I'll never see again.

By default I'd say this is the best car wash in our area. There are some brand new car washes that recently opened up in Brooksville. But they are not full service, the customer has to vacuum the car's interior and do the inside window cleaning, if desired. This is not always a good choice for us, especially if we are dressed nice and heading out to an event.

I will say that when I leave Family Car Wash my vehicles always look spectacular! But, it's only after I've had to point out issues.
