I was involved in a car crash and this shop took care of me right from the start, even asking if I was okay when I called to see if they could get me in. They took my car in right away and were extremely kind and helpful, especially with me anxiously asking a bunch of questions! They finished the car one day ahead of the quoted time and saw to it that I could pick it up even after they had closed. I think David was one of the people I spoke to on the phone that made this whole unfortunate experience an absolute breeze. Not only do they have fantastic customer service skills, but my car is back

Good group of guys, worked on my Volvo to their best ability unfortunately a sensor error happened where they couldnt repair it, but Mike broke it down to me and apologize along with going easy on my bill due to it. They are a rare breed of honest mechanics that will give it to you straight and work with you.

These guys are always great. Automotive work always digs deep into your pockets, but they do excellent work and have really great customer service. Talking with them on the phone and at the front counter - I never feel like I'm being talked down to because I don't know much about cars. They handled replacing my oxygen sensor, fixing my AC, and checking out my car after the now famous Omaha flood. Would recommend to a friend, and will continue going to them for my auto repair needs.

The AC service did everything I needed it for! Took a little longer than expected and definitely more expensive than expected for what was done (turns out all they had to do was add a little refrigerant).
One weird thing is that I chose to wait and was in the waiting room about an hour. Whoever the employee was who was manning the front desk was in the office watching random YouTube/Facebook videos almost the entire time (except a few brief moments when a customer came in) that had tons of profanity being blasted pretty loud through the room. Didn’t really bother me but just seemed really unprofessional

Consistently straightforward and honest - in a recent instance they inspected a tire but did not charge us because there was no repair required ( a nail that they found had not broken through the tread ). Mike was extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. Saw what I was wanting done, and what I was impressed with first was the first thing he asked was “ is your husband okay? “ That right there showed me his integrity. His price was unbelievably fair. I recommend this shop! Took my daughter there to get tires put on & he took the time to give her the rundown on what her car needed not for business sake but for her safety. Awesome people.
