I typically do not enjoy going to the dentist. However, today I went in for a cleaning and had a wonderful experience. My dental hygienist was so professional, thorough, careful with my care and thoughtful; by far my best cleaning experience. I felt so good after she was done that I told her how amazing she was in front of the main desk employee, who was so kind to invite the building manager to meet me. Subsequently, I also expressed my gratitude and satisfaction to the building manager, and upon no feedback form available, I agreed to write this review. Thank you East Grove Dental, for making

I've been a patient here for several years, but I haven't written a review until now. I just had a crown done here and I knew it was going to go well because of previous crowns I had done there. It was such a smooth process. I felt no pain and Pam took great care of me. Dr. Reid is a very friendly, caring and highly skilled dentist with decades of experience. It's nice to have a dentist that you can look forward to seeing. Dr. Reid is that dentist.

This office is a pain. The reception desk is rude (except for one very sweet and polite receptionist) and the doctors (not the nurses) are even worse. In my experience, Dr. Goldberg had no sympathy for the appearance or function of your teeth. Her fillings are too large and obstructive and she will avoid the extra work to make sure her patients are comfortable and happy after the procedure. I have heard multiple patients including myself, complain they have had to learn to live with an altered bite, differently shaped incisors or nerve pain all due to her work. I would look elsewhere for a dentist

This is NOT a family friendly office. I was told by the front desk (who were very friendly) twice that I could bring my 2 year old daughter along to my appointment. My hygienist seemed disgusted that I showed up with her. I had to skip my x - rays because she wanted to just lock my daughter out if the room with no one to watch her. I know she can't be in the room but I didn't want her randomly running around the place by herself. My daughter sat still the whole visit in the corner with her books and tablet. Without so much as a peep. But the whole time the hygienist scoffed and gave her

I went to East Grove Dental for about five years (and only switched because we moved). Dr. Reid was very compassionate and patient with me, as I was a basket-case who hadn't been to a dentist in twenty years. I had a lot of catching-up to do, and he stayed on top of it and was encouraging all the way.
The front desk staff is not the warmest bunch, and there was an error made with the scheduling that cost me a bunch of money (I needed tons of work done but my insurance only covered a certain amount each year, and we had planned to stretch it out so that I would only have to pay the bare minimum
