I have used Ryan for ALL my computer needs for the past 2-3 years. His expertise is second to none! He has worked out my problems on both my laptop and desk top computers.
He also setup my new smart TV (Directv) , surround sound system and my Netflix and Prime Video.
I would highly recommend Ryan and Radar Support for all your computer, audio and video needs.

Having moved over to a Mac almost 20 years ago, I found myself needing to look at some files I had on a dozen old Iomega 100 zip disks that I could no longer access on the Mac/Apple OS. Ryan Paules at Radar Support made it easy and economical for me to ship by disks to him. This was no emergency or urgent situation, but, all the same, Ryan turned the job around within a week, and I was able to read and download the recovered files onto my computer. I will certainly consider Radar Support as my first choice for any data recovery in the future, should that need, alas, arrive.

Huge thanks to Ryan for saving our day. My son, who is 9, along with his friend, installed loads of crap on my son's computer. All sorts of craziness was happening and my kid started to panic. I'm clueless when it comes to this stuff, and may have made it worse trying to fix things. We picked Radar based on yelp reviews and were thrilled when Ryan contacted us right away and set up a remote appointment. He was able to fix the glitches and clean things up to improve the computer ms performance. He was patient and thoughtful while interacting with my son, and explained things amazingly

My work revolves around my Mac computer. So of course I freaked out when my computer started running slow and wouldn't let me update anything. Good thing I knew about Ryan and Radar Support! I called up Ryan right away and he was able to help me right away! Unfortunately I live way out in Ventura, but luckily Ryan has a technician out here named Nick. Nick was able to cleanup some of the problems remotely that evening. The next day Nick showed up at my house and was able to get all the updates working again in less than an hour! I was concerned about trying to work from home, but when I got a budget feom my job allowing me to work remotely i had to take it. I also have a small side business I'm trying to grow and working from home just gives me way more time to devote to both my job AND my Business. Ryan set up my wifi and made modifications to my PC as well as setting up a sweet little docking station for my work laptop. And he did it all under budget! I didnt have to come out of pocket at All. Even though I'm a web developer, my boss thinks that anyone who works on computers knows high-tech IT stuff. While I'm no slouch (Momma didn't raise no dummy), Ryan and the staff at Radar Support put my IT knowledge to shame. My wife's company hired Radar Support to do a ton of tech work for it. Ryan, the owner, was professional, competitive with his pricing, and did an amazing job. He is such a nice guy too. I called Ryan because my Internet upload speed had suddenly gotten really slow and I didn't know why. He was able to guide me through my router settings and after about 15 minutes he got me back up and running with the upload speed I had before. I tried calling Spectrum(Time Warner) and their support guys were useless! Ryan is better than all of their support team members combined! Not even kidding. I will be using this guy for all my Internet troubleshooting in the future. Case closed.

5 stars to my man Ryan Paules at Radar Support. I was referred by a friend, I looked him up on Yelp, was encouraged by the reviews, so I gave him a shout out. Ryan got back to me very quickly and offered to help me that same day or the next day, depending on my schedule. He was very upfront with his pricing; he offered a remote session or a home visit. I opted for the home visit. He gave me a checklist of things to be prepared for before he got here, he was here on time and we dealt with my issue. Ryan has bailed me out of many pc meltdowns. People think I'm a tech geek, however I'm what I call a functioning user. I click until it works or I break it. He's helped set up a network for me at home, install TV wall bracket, did my tech support over the text messages when something's gone awry. I referred Ryan to other colleagues and in the process he makes me look good. Quirky guy perfect personality for the work he's doing. We're even become friends in the process of working together. I contacted Ryan about building 2 computers for my home office. I also wanted the computers to be gaming ready since my wife and I play a lot of video games together. I had some ideas about what I wanted but Ryan was able to refine my build and gave me great advice about where I could save money and how I could improve the build. He was easy to communicate with, friendly, and responsive. After we worked out the build he ordered the parts, put the computers together and then brought them to my home to set them up. It was a great experience and I will use him again for my computer needs.

Leaving on a business trip early Monday morning. Of course my laptop conks out late Friday night.
In a panic, I yelped local computer repair and was blessed enough to select Ryan !
Not only did he meet me on a Saturday - but he stayed in touch with me while he was working on my laptop and met me on a SUNDAY and delivered it to me !! With all my data in tact.
He is easy to work with and AMAZING !!!!
I showed up at work with my laptop back in perfect working condition and ROCKED my presentation !

Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, ethical, and can help even the most newbie, technophobic folk like myself with any and all computer issues. He has helped me out immensely with my technological needs and I cannot say I have ever experienced the same amount of professionalism and honesty that he has provided. I called Ryan because my laptop had a virus. Ryan himself answered the phone & was extremely helpful. He was able to diagnose the problem right over the telephone, which wasn't easy as I know NOTHING about computers. He picked up my laptop that same night and had it back to me 3 days later, all fixed & working better than ever! Ryan is reliable and kept in touch with me throughout his diagnosis and repair, explaining everything in laymen's terms, which I appreciated.

A few months ago, I was having problems with my Netbook freezing during use and error messages appearing. I am not technical whatsoever so, a friend referred me to Ryan. I contacted him however, he was not available that day to help, but, he assured me that the following day he would be able to assist. Ryan, called me promptly the following the day and arranged a time to meet. He showed up on time and worked out the kinks in my computer. He explained the reason for the errors I was receiving, and some of the possibilities for the slowness and freezing screens. I am grateful to Ryan for his knowledge
