I'm the communications director for a community art center in Pasadena and I cannot imagine working with anyone other than Harlow Tech. They have been our go-to developers for nearly 10 years. Harlow Technologies Inc has been an excellent and commendable support company for Deb Squared Photo, whether we needed IT Support or Services inside our office or when we were in the field. Without our computers and applicable software we could not run our photography and video business. Harlow Technologies has "saved our jobs for clients" from hotel rooms to our studio. These guys are questionable. Probably wouldn’t ever call again. I called them once to inquire about doing some database development and they acted like they didn’t want the business. How hard is it just to say ‘this isn’t the type of project that fits with what we do’ ? ...Perhaps that would take more maturity than the guy (owner?) had.
