Richard Cole was awesome. He represented my family with a sale and a buy at the same time which is alot but he made the process easy. We provided whatever was asked and he did the rest. We purchased a cottage close to Ellicottville and there were a number of complicating factors, Richard was instrumental in getting the deal done properly and closed on time.
