In 2015 we expanded through the National Credit Union Association to cover the whole top of Utah. So we now serve Box Elder, Cache, and Rich Counties. For Starter Certificates, you may make additional deposits at any time. A minimum deposit of $25.00 per month. Saturday morning, Jan. 15 2022, I was one of the first after opening. I was greeted with kindness and a smile. Aubrey, teller 35, was informative, quick and knew exactly what she was doing. Frankly, I was one if those pain in the butt customers with more than one transaction. She remained cheerful and helpful to the end. May I recommend giving her a raise?

I was at a car dealership on a Saturday, called elevate credit union to get a loan. They put me with Riley, he was very personable, professional. He had me approved very fast. The dealership said I could take my car home if Riley sent an e-mail to say I was approved. That was cool, since it was so close to the bank closing. I picked up the check on Monday and took it to the dealership. I am very loyal to my bank, I have been with them for a very long time. I've only been with Elevate for a short time, but their customer service is absolutely amazing. I never wait more than a minute or two before I get a phone call or a text from someone helping me. I had one time asked if they would release funds early and they did. I really appreciate a bank that will go out of their way for there customers.

We needed a car loan quick to buy out our lease. Elevate processed the loan in record time. I completed the application online, signed electronically and picked up a check all within 5 hours.
