I am a Realtor with over 35 years of experience. This title office is not very good. Their communication skills are terrible. They don't READ emails and worst of all, they are RUDE. My buyer is also a realtor from another state and she agrees, they are one of the worst. They even kept misspelling one of the buyer's names! There are many very good title companies, Fidelity National, First American Title, to name two, who do their best to make my job easier, and the buyers and sellers experience as enjoyable as possible. It should be a HAPPY TIME. Do yourself a favor and find another

Connie is great! She answered every question with honest opinions and recommendations, educated me on what she feels is necessary for coverage in FL, prompt w returning calls and emails. She also follows up as promised. I called a lot of other places for comparison quotes and she WAS THE ONLY one who actually called to talk to me. Everyone else just emailed me a quote and never bothered to follow up with me.
