Very professional service. I called Shawn this morning. I messed up the scheduling of my home inspection and needed someone to come out the same day. He was very polite and accommodating on the phone. We set something up for 5pm. I actually found someone else who was able to come out earlier and did not use Shawn. However, his friendliness and promptness to help me out would have me call him again in the future for inspection needs I may have.

This is quite possibly the worst company you could ever deal with.
Shawn has been completely and totally unresponsive to any of my phone calls, texts or e-mails. He has taken my money and promised to complete the lead-based paint inspection required for my rental property as part of the process for obtaining a certificate of compliance with the city of Detroit. He initially made several promises to complete the job but repeatedly never showed up or sent anyone to the property even when a date was confirmed for the inspection.
