Hi, I am Rosanna Rocha the owner of R & R Home Caregivers. I started R & R shortly after the passing of my mother, Ageuda Rocha. Having 10 years experience in home healthcare and the experience of being with my mother as she lived through the aging process, I have developed a deep respect and compassion for our elderly.
R & R Home Caregivers will complete a free home care assessment and, in consultation with the client, her family, and medical provider (as necessary) and develop a plan of care tailored to the needs of the client and her family members. Each year (or upon the request of the client), R & R reviews each client's Individualized Plan of Care to ensure that it is still relevant to the needs of the client and their family.
R & R Home Caregivers is a woman owned home care agency providing personal assistance care to the elderly of San Antonio (Bexar County). Our goal is to maintain the size of the company at a level where the owner will always be the client's primary point of contact. R & R is licensed by the state of Texas, insured, and takes tremendous pride in hiring only loving and caring providers.

R&R Home Caregivers have been the answer to our prayers! Their team is kind, trustworthy and compassionate. I feel at ease knowing my loved one is being cared for and looked after. Any time I have had a question or need to change services, it is very easy to get ahold of the owner, Rosanna. She and the rest of the caregivers make it a point to go above and beyond!!
