When the Senior citizen center in Bulverde recommend Senior Buddies, I called them and received quick help.
Their office staff was quick and efficient in finding my mom the service she needed.
I loved the first person they sent and have requested her services on a regular basis.
I could not be happier with moms caregiver and I feel comfortable with her in my home and I have confidence that she will love and protect my mom as well as I do.

Senior Buddies provides in-home caregivers for my mother. They are easy to work with and very flexible. The caretakers they send are very kind and attentive. Samantha and other office staff communicate frequently and have helped me with the process of getting care setup and also working with our long term care insurance company.

I recently got provider care for my 83 year old Father who is also a right foot amputee, only to find out at the last minute on the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend that they don't provide service on holidays and weekends.
No one would help without a long term contract and starting date of a week later.
Then I called Senior Buddies.
They can do weekends and holidays, but they can also send someone the next day.
Senior Buddies seems to be the only provider care service that will do this.
The contract can be for just one or a few days, or for a significant term of length.

Senior Buddies and their entire staff deserve a 5-Star rating. The care provider assigned to us was caring, kind, and patient. My sister had terminal cancer and her husband, stage 2 dementia. He assisted them with respect and dignity. There just are not enough words to express our gratitude. Our family appreciates Senior Buddies for being there during a very stressful time in caring for our dear ones.

I have never had the pleasure of working with a more trusting and family oriented establishment until I worked with Senior Buddies. I have seen the caregivers go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure loved ones are being taken care of and treated with love, dignity, and respect. I have seen the office staff work many hours and still cover a shift at the end of the day when needed to make sure everything runs smoothly. Of all my medical employment experiences, I can confidently say that SB has been the best one. Office staff is professional, helpful, and respectful not only to the clients they serve, but to their employees as well. Its SO REFRESHING to be able to contact supervisory staff who know me by name, who are transparent with any info I may need, and make themselves available to assist and work with me about any issues (that means you, Jacob, Rebecca, Doris 😉), and makes me feel like a valued part of the team.
