I found this place from yelp and was very pleased with the service provided. I have a nintendo switch that no longer charged due to a faulty charging port. Justin returned my initial email within hours and was very helpful when I dropped off the unit. He fully explained the repair process and gave me an accurate time estimate for the completion of the work. Excellent service all around.

I do like giving my business to smaller mom and pop shops and is the reason why I went to D&R for my back glass replacement on my XS Max. When I got my phone back the screen was slightly off and not flush and had a power cycling issue. I went back and I was told that the charging port needed to be replaced and probably broke when they replaced the backing. They ordered and installed the part for me with no extra charge. Some other companies could have easily said it wasn't them and just left me hanging. Anywho, even though it took a few days I eventually got my phone back just as

I didn't really get my main computer issue resolved or fixed. I was told they don't charge for diagnostic unless they complete the repair. I went back three different times only to be told my computer cannot be fixed. Somehow I still ended up paying out of pocket and was reimbursed partial. So in the end I still ended up paying for something that was not fixed and misdiagnosed three different times.

This place is absolute trash I came here and paid about $130 to get my phone fixed and it kept glitching for the next few days until the screen finally went out. When I came back to try and get it fixed again the person went into the back for 30 minutes called their co-worker and came back to me and said I cannot replace my screen because the warranty is voided because of a little tiny crack on the side which I'm 100% sure she did. And then tried to charge me $95 to replace my screen again. I would give no stars honestly

As another review stated, they had the phone 3 weeks and after calling several times to find out what was happening, said they couldnt fix it. Took 4 days to get it back???? Why? Screen was cracked when I brought it in but not missing pieces- came back with screen chunks missing that looked to have been chipped out. I would never take another piece of equipment here.

My girlfriend's phone stopped working because the original place that fixed her screen didn't do a good job so there was a bunch of screen glitches. It was late around 7:30 p.m. and we were desperate to find a cell phone repair shop that could fix her screen before she had work the next morning because she needs her phone for GPS. Fortunately we found this place on Yelp and the technician who was named Noah was able to stay an extra 15 minutes after his shift ended to fix the phone. Brought my newer (2019) Apple MacBook Pro for a repair. I was having issues where it would no longer turn on. The young man was able to troubleshoot the laptop on site. However My laptop had to be sent out to be repaired. The work was guaranteed to fix the issue or I wouldn't have to pay. My deposits went towards the total cost. Overall I paid a fair price. A little disappointed at myself for causing my own problem. By letting a little water enter my charging port. It has been over 2 months since the repair. My laptop is running perfectly.

Went to fix my screen on Dec 02, 2020 and my screen began glitching that same night. I had to force a restart in order for the screen to work again. I couldn't go right away to fix it and the screen completely went blank on Dec 13, 2020. I hadn't dropped it once and it had a lifeproof case on it. I called this place to get a quote over the phone for a new iPhone screen. I was quoted $179 plus tax. I got there and the quote he gave me was less because my phone was not an iPhone 11 but an iPhone 10. He offered me a"premium" screen for $199, thought it was expensive but was in a rush to fix the phone so I took it in for repair. My MacBook Pro took a dump, so I turned to Yelp to find a location place not named the "Apple Store" or "Best Buy" that I could bring my device to and not get taken to the cleaners. My search led me here.

Super friendly service and Reasonable pricing . I called ahead with questions about the repair I needed, which was a broken camera lens on a S7 Active, and they were very helpful, informative, and clear. I spoke with Maya over the phone and in person when planning my repair. We had to special order the lens I needed so they called me when it came in. Went to the shop the next day and Joseph patched it all up in a couple hours. The price wasn't too bad and the team made it very clear to me what I was paying for. Would return for future repairs.

So far so good. I brought my iPhone 6 s to get the charging port replaced and I was convinced that’s what needed to be done even after the woman working there suggested it only needed to be cleaned. I left it with here and called back about forty min later and had it charging for me. She only had to clean out the port. She could have done the replacement anyway and took the larger bill but I was impressed that when the opportunity arose, they acted with integrity. I’m gonna see about getting my battery replaced today and will update accordingly.

Spoke with a guy named David... Even though he informed me he didn't fix TV's he was very helpful by explaining all the possible things that may be causing the problem. I found this very kind and courteous. All the other people just hung up after is said TV.
