I've been to several computer shops and none of them were as good as this place. I initially chose this place because the price is so much better than all the other places I inquired about. After coming here for the first time, I returned for upgrades and other computer issues several times, and Mickey always does an amazing job. His prices are super reasonable, and he even does some extras for free! I used to live close by, but now that I moved, I am still going to him even though it takes one hour drive. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! My PC just decided to die out of no where and I have pretty updated parts and was just playing cod when ALL OF A SUDDEN my screens went dark and it just turned off and wouldn't turn on. He told me he would inspect it for me and was able to fix the issue with ease! He was a very nice man and I will be going HERE next time I need PC help:)!

I stopped by last week with a computer problem and it turned out to be something very simple and Mickey took care of it quickly. He was very quick and helpful. I had a related question this week and he walked me through what I needed to do. It's hard to find trustworthy, professional businesses like Alpha computers. I would highly recommend him not just because of his expertise but also his patience with us non computer types. :)

After last hassling experience at another store, the owner kept my laptops for more than a month long and gave me a whole bunch of ridiculous excuses, I reached out a couple more computer shops. I almost gave up having my laptops fixed, until came across Alpha Computers and spoke to the owner, Micky.
My both laptops could not power on properly. If I wiggled the power cord connections, the power-on light was intermittently on and off. The DC jack was possibly broken. One of the two had additional audio jack and VGA D-sub broken.
The same day I walked into the store, Micky said he had a DC jack

Had my Dell not start up one morning. I figured it was the power supply. I took it to Alpha Computers. Mickey confirmed my Diagnosis. I was figuring the part would need to be ordered and I would have to leave it. To my surprise Mickey had the part and installed it as I waited. Now that's service. I would highly recommend Alpha Computers for all your computer repair needs.

My computer would not turn on no matter what I did... I looked up Reviews and decided to go to Alpha Computers, it was local to me and had great reviews. I called and Mickey told me to come in ! I went in an hour later an was out the door 30 minutes later with a functional computer!!!! I can not say how happy I was!! Mickey is not only very knowledgeable in computers but is also a kind and friendly man!!! I would recommend this place to anyone and now I'm very excited to know where to take my Alienware since it's out of warranty!!

Late to review but I wanted to praise Nicky’s work. During the middle of heavy quarantine, I tried to get my computer fixed. I almost drove out to Santa Ana (from Corona) but when I called them they weren’t friendly and almost felt like I was inconveniencing them. I found Nicky’s page and he was so accommodating to my work schedule. The service was amazing, the pricing was incredible, and I will be a customer for life. He is a hidden gem and deserves all good things going to him.

I'm so glad we came across this company! Micky was willing to take on the task of changing hinges when others wouldn't or wanted twice as much. He also changed out the wire to get the camera up and running. Parts took a little time to get to him (not his fault) but he stayed in contact which was nice. I strongly recommend him for all future repairs.

My MacBook decided to act up (Sunday night), and I ended up accidentally deleting my entire startup system. Amidst this COVID-19 crisis, all my classes are online and I could not attend class/ submit anything with out it. I read through every Apple Support I possibly could but it was no help. Excellent service. Great pricing. My Dell desktop was not powering up. Micky the owner immediately gave me a free diagnosis that my power supply was bad and an honest timeframe in getting my parts in (not a generic size). Since his price seemed fair I even asked him to get my faulty DVD drive replaced. As promised he called my when the parts arrived, as predicted, and his work was fast and complete.

This place is so awesome. I went in with my Macbook Air which had some water damage. I didn't do the smart thing of backing up everything before my computer temporarily died. I thought I was doomed. BUT! They checked my computer out, gave me a free diagnosis and charged me at a very reasonable price. I highly recommended coming here for the great customer service and other electronic needs.

Two days before I had to fly out, my laptop screen was unresponsive. I thought I would have to purchase a new computer because what another company was charging me JUST to diagnose the issue, cost more than the computer.
Luckily, I went to Micky and not only did he attend to my issue quickly, he reassured me that it'll be fixed within a day. I was so ecstatic! My computer was returned to me in great condition. No erased files, no slow setup, just working like normal.

I contacted him regarding a DC jack that I thought was damaged on my laptop. Without hesitation he ordered the part (even before I brought in my laptop) so that he would be able to repair it the same day I brought it in....
Fast Forward 3 days later.
I bring in my laptop only to find that it was NOT my DC jack but actually my AC adapter. He double checked my DC Jack and confirmed that it was still is good condition and sent me off my way.
He could've easily told me that the DC Jack also needed to be replaced, but he was honest and completely overly helpful.

Super great dude very knowledgeable. Keeps you up to date day by day hour by hour (business hours) whats going on with your product as soon as hes found new info. My 2nd built computer new windows and all would crash on startup just like my last computer which was the reason to update my build. Helped me figure out that I had a glitchy power supply when i had originally ruled it out as being the problem by running with minimal gear for least amount of voltage required. Great service for a great price felt he deserved more and so i gave a tip. When you meet him you will see why you should too ^

The USB ports came loose inside the case of my eight year old Toshiba laptop. Mickie gave me a very reasonable quote by phone to make the repair. I took the laptop to his shop and left it. He called me about three hours later and said it was ready. I went to pick it up and found Mickie to be a very friendly guy. I was so impressed with his service, and great rate, I gave him a tip. I would definitely go to Alpha Computers for future computer service and highly recommend him.

These guys are everything you wish Geek Squad would be. Mickie is fast, reliable and considerate when discussing costs. An honest man, he's easy to get along with and doesn't try to make you feel dumb for not being to fix your own computer. I had an old and slow computer here at the shop. Wanted to buy a new one and asked Alpha for tips. They not only convinced me I didn't need a new machine, but they upgraded the old one to work better than anything I was looking at to buy. We got 2 more years out of that computer at the fraction of the cost of a new machine. They'll work to earn your business
