We sold our house recently and we have to thank you Sean and Alice so much for everything! We were also traveling while the house was listed and everything was done virtually or by phone, which made things much more efficient for us. Libby and Sean are the two best agents you could possibly have. I inherited a home that needed many home improvements. Libby set up a contractor and was involved with the repairs every step of the way. When we needed inspections, I relied on their expertise in hiring home and pest inspectors. They were both extremely responsive, and we had A LOT of questions. They helped us in our search for a condo in an extremely crazy market. They spent as much time as it took to get us there. I was looking for a realtor for an out of state purchase in Panama City Beach, and eventually settled on Sean and Alice. They were fantastic throughout the process, and most importantly they always took the time to answer all of my questions. I couldn't recommend Alice de La Penha and Sean Casilli from Bay Real Experts more as real estate agents. We worked with them as we started our home search from the Washington DC area. They did not hesitate to visit any of the properties we were interested in. I met Sean through a mutual friend and couldn't be more impressed with his excellent follow up and the fact that he really knows the local market. I'm looking to invest in something that will not only appreciate in value but give me good rental income in the meantime.
