Most of our Poconos vacation rentals feature indoor or outdoor hot tubs, which we preheat for each guest and make available all year. Additionally, we pride ourselves in making sure the house is pre-cooled in the summer and pre-heated in the winter.
Most importantly, we're dedicated to making your stay with us feel like your home away from home. Services
For weekdays, we have a 4-night minimum stay and for the weekends, we have a 2-night minimum stay (Must include Friday and Saturday nights). Direct Bookings: Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.

DO NOT USE ALL POCONOS RENTALS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! If I could give a 0 review I would. We booked a property with All Poconos Rentals back in Sept. On the day of our check-in, I get an email (not a phone call), that our "property is unavailable for check-in". They proceed to tell me they have an "upgrade" we can use instead. I had people flying in for this weekend so we were forced to go to this other property which was DISGUSTING. It was not even close to the caliber of the original property we had rented on a lake. This place was off a major highway, everything smelled of mold, the amenities were

The level of customer service offered by All Pocono Rentals was exceptional from start to finish. They were extremely communicative and easy to get in contact with both before and during our stay. The house was in great condition as advertised. We'll definitely use All Pocono Rentals for future trips.

Enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean when we arrived. It was exactly as the pictures showed. Reached out to staff a few times during our stay for minor things & they were attentive & responded promptly. We had a group of 14 and it was spacious for us all. Would definitely rent the home again!

We had an amazing time at this magical home with our 3 young boys, dog and two other family members. We were minutes from everything including the lake, hiking trails, playground, restaurants, and any stores where we needed to pick up stuff. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. We look forward to returning and highly recommend staying here.

Best part of this rental experience was definitely the communication with the owners. Absolutely top notch with prompt and courteous responses, clear and extensive directions, and friendly advice. The house itself was just so peaceful and perfect for our weekend getaway. The access to the lake with paddle boards and kayaks was great for our mixed age group - someone was always out on the water. Everyone loved the hot tub. I also appreciated having different spaces to hang out - downstairs TV room, upstairs living room/kitchen, screened in porch, covered patio fire table and the fire pit area. The

Terrible stay booked through All Pocono Rentals.
Here are just a few of the issues we faced during our stay in Horatio, PA. Needless to say, the home was not taken care of in the least bit. Also, the home had multiple issues which could have led to lawsuits. Some pictures were taken and have been attached:
- Dirty filter in pool. Backup filter was even more dirty
- Broken patio umbrella
- There was NOT a game room as advertised
- Kitchen stool was broken nearly causing a bad injury
- Bugs throughout the house especially in bathrooms
- Spider webs throughout house
- Broken soap dispenser

Our families stay with All Pocono Rentals was exceptional! We originally booked at one property and although we were contacted a week prior to our scheduled check in date they informed us that the property we were scheduled to stay at was unavailable due to a flood, they offered us a home which was an upgrade from our booked home and extended our check out time due to the inconvenience. The home itself was all brand new, immaculate and was above and beyond our expectations! Any questions and/or concerns, we had were promptly addressed by their concierge team! We would highly recommend this company
