The picturesque Pocono Mountains is a great place to create memories, and there are tons of activities and Pocono Mountain events all year long and our homes are located within short distances to many of them. Check in is 4pm and Check out is by 11am. Any early check in and late check out requests must be submitted between one and two weeks prior to your arrival date. We will make every effort to accommodate requests, but are not guaranteed. The kitchen is stocked with normal kitchen supplies, ie: utensils, flatware, glasses, pots and pans.

I usually have a great experience. I have rented over 6 /times . I recently went in thanksgiving weekend and the experience was horrible . We stayed at the HARMONY... from the rusted bath water , dirty carpet , and the worst of all the lower level of the house had no heat . When the on call person called back finally he stated well that basement does not have a second unit and doesn’t heat well . Someone should have told me that before I spent $2205 to stay one week ( double price cause holiday ) he wind up bribing heaters at 1am ! That’s not what I paid for . This house is old and needs upgrades

This rental company is the premier rental company for the Poconos!! The houses are clean, up to date and beautiful. The individuals who work for the company are very nice and easy to work with while booking. The owners of the company are also actively involved. I highly recommend renting one of their homes. We weren't disappointed at all. We will be renting again.

Highly recommended! Professional, friendly and accommodating. They worked with me to find the right home for my large group in an affordable price range. The home itself was beautiful and impeccably clean ! Large and spacious with 3 floors. The main floor had a nice open floor plan with a long table and slider doors that opened to a huge deck. The house was nestled in quaint wooded community and there was ample parking. While we did not take advantage, this house also had access passes to the beach. Thank you PMR! We enjoyed our stay!!

My family and I stayed in one of PMR's houses a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it! We had no problems at all coordinating details with the PMR staff and all email correspondences were prompt and concise. We stayed in the Cascade house and enjoyed everything about it. The only issue we had was the pilot light going out in the main living room fire place. I made one phone call to the office and an employee was there within 20 minutes to fix the problem. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for either a quiet mountain getaway or a large family vacation! We will definitely be renting from

Incredible experience from Day 1 in booking and coordinating details with the PMR offices. Responsive, enjoyable to work with and most importantly, an incredible, beautiful, super clean and luxurious stay up in the Pocono Mountains. High School reunion with sixteen 30 something men. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting. Plenty of space, awesome TV's, game room, awesome golf within a 15 minute drive. Grilling at night, sitting by the fire. Would recommend them for anyone who is looking for a beautiful home for great value.

This vendor is doing the bait and switch - she listed the property at $214/night with a 1 night minimum stay, then when I emailed her to book the reservation she said the price was now $500/night. She also listed 1 night min on the listing, and then insisted it was a 2 night min. In addition, when I tried to resolve the discrepancy with her and was willing to do two nights, she still insisted the price was $500/night. Looks like she now has the correct info on the listing. Be cautious when renting from this owner.

We had the worst vacation ever in the Poconos, staying at Harmony Chalet. Upon arriving, the wood floors were so dirty our grandchildren ruined their clothes and shoes crawling on them. The master bedroom bed had no mattress pad, and the head of the mattress had a large very nasty stain! The kitchen was just equipped, barely. Lots of mold on the inside of the master bedroom shower. No trashcans to be found on the 3rd floor. Front porch was filthy and melted marshmellows were near the sliding glass doors. We will never come back! Our family vacation was terrible and we left 2 days early.
