Our full-service alteration and tailor shop is located at the West end of the Fresh Market plaza, behind Bank of America. Our Master Tailor or Seamstressesare always available for your alteration needs. There are three private fitting suites, and a spacious bridal fitting lounge to accommodate large groups.
Our staff of tailors and seamstresses collectively have over 125 years of experience in custom alteration service. We have been servicing the western communities of Palm Beach County for ten years. Scott is amazing. He was able to do what the salon in Coral Gables where I bought my dress was unable to do.

I came in to tailor's touch to get my leather jacket's chain re sewn onto the sleeves (it's a decorative part of the jacket and needed to be in the same pattern as before). I tried my best to hand see it myself but it was taking me hours. So I brought it in and explained the situation, and the owner Scott told me it could be done but it had to be hand sewn as I had thought. To do this he said he charges by the hour because of how time consuming and arduous the job was. He said he could complete it in 1.5 hours and that it would be $125; a price in my opinion that is definitely reasonable

I just took my fiancé to Tailors Touch to have his suit altered for our wedding. Scott was so patient and informative as he helped explain the altering process with my fiancés jacket and the little tips and tricks to making him look his best. When I told Scott that the suit was for our wedding, he gave me a blue piece of fabric and tore off one side. He told me he was going to sew the blue fabric into my fiancés suit to put my piece in my shoe during the wedding. Scott explained the Scottish tradition of something borrowed, something blue etc. I was so touched that Scott thought to include this

As always, Tailor’s Touch gets it right the first try. I’ve brought in 3 full length dresses and a 1940s skirt/blazer set and they’ve each been altered beautifully. Scott even did some hand stitching techniques era appropriate for the 1940s set without me asking. I won’t let anybody else touch my vintage and I don’t want to go anywhere else for my daily items either. They’re always the first place I recommend for any type of alterations.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Tailor's Touch. I needed my sleeves shortened on a shirt and coat, they fit perfectly when I picked them up and they were done on time for my wedding. I highly recommend Scott, he did an awesome job, and was very helpful with everything. I will be definitely coming back in the future.

If I could give them 100 stars, I would. My experience with Tailors Touch goes beyond the fact that they do phenomenal work, they are caring and considerate people. I went there yesterday with an old, dilapidated comforter with fraying edges and the stuffing dripping out to try to have it “saved” – it is for my 94-year-old disabled father who is in a facility sitting by my mother’s side for the last 5 years as she has been bedridden and now in hospice. Scott is truly a master tailor. Very professional, and knows what he is doing when altering a garment. He has worked on many things for our family. We just had our daughter’s wedding gown altered, and hemmed, it is perfect! Scott also hemmed and altered my MOB dress, it fits perfectly as well now too.

Moved to Wellington recently and needed two suits and 5 pants altered. The people here are so rude and act as if they are above their customers. I was first provided a incorrect price when I dropped off my stuff on the initial visit. Then I was called 1 week later and harassed by their staff about the price being $180+ dollars higher. The lady that called me ( named Loudus) was so rude and then had the audacity to hang up on me. I then picked up my clothes to find two jacket sleeves were not even altered correctly. I brought my Mother of the Bride dress to Tailors Touch to be altered (hemmed). My dress has thousands of sequins. They were professional, precise and affordable. Yesterday, less than a week later, I picked my dress up and it was PERFECT!!! They had done a beautiful job with the hem alteration. I'm so happy I found this business and we will use them in the future! Highly recommend!

Truly disappointing experience with the owner! He did everything in his power to NOT alter a dress. Although, his seamstress said she could alter the dress, he continued to find excuses as to why it could not be done all while charging an absolutely ridiculous price. Thankfully, I found a location who was pleasant and altered the dress in 24 hours for a reasonable price.....

I felt it was very important for anyone reading this to know about the exceptional service this business provides. The owner is one of the most knowledgeable people about clothing, fashion and alterations that I have ever spoken with. The staff here are awesome and friendly. I had to dry clean a tuxedo and a blazer for an upcoming event. They also hemmed my tuxedo pants and did an awesome job.
All of my clothes were ready within a couple of days of me bringing them in. Tailor's touch is definitely reliable if you're in a time crunch. I had my brother go here to do the same and he had a similar experience.

Omg words are not enough to express my endless gratitude to Scott for his excellent and speedy service! I brought in a bridesmaid dress that was twice my size and way too long, not only did he charge me a reasonable price - he had the gown ready 4 days EARLIER than the estimated due date! I brought my moms favorite Vince pants in - she calls them her power pants because she always feels pumped when she wears them and does great deals when she wears them - to be hemmed without her here and they came out PERFECT!!! Brought her $5000 Oscar De La Renta top that got damaged in a photo shoot by salt residue from the ocean and they killed it again!
