I had gone to Cigias to have a repair made, they took my repair in immediately, did a fantastic job in making the repair, and was treated extremely well, very friendly and courteous, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great tailor. I know I'm a permanent and very happy customer.

The best tailors in Palm Beach County! Gloria and Patty run a first class shop where they actually take the time to make sure that everything fits just right. Prices were more that reasonable especially for the quality that you receive. Also, the garments were done 2 days earlier than expected. Highly recommended!

Such a great experience with Glorias Tailors/ Cigias Tailors. I recently moved to Florida from So. Cal and I needed to find a tailor to alter my wedding dresses (2 outfits). Being new to the area, I decided to use Cigias/ Gloria Tailors solely based on it's online reviews, which were excellent. The reviews were accurate. These ladies are amazing. Their work is meticulous, and the staff thoughtful and professional. So glad that I found this tailor!

Best Tailor I’ve ever used!! Family business with top notch service and truly talented tailoring. I got my suit jacket, shirt, and suit pants altered here and couldn’t be happier. I needed it done by the next day for an important interview and they were happy to accommodate. This is the best fitting tailored suit Ive ever had. GREAT WORK! The staff (Mother & Daughter) were genuinely polite and very friendly. I wish there were more businesses like this one. I will be back for all my future alterations. Thanks!

By far the worst tailor I've been too. They ruined my brand new suit jacket at the sleeves, my pants were hemmed without double sided tape so the hems were loose and flimsy and another jacket was not touched around the waist line. These alterations costs me over $230. When confronted, one woman rushed out to grab "security" from the pizzeria next door and thenIi was kicked out of the tailor with zero resolution.
This is the reason they DO NOT take credit cards because if they did the charges would be reversed by the customer.

Rude non speaking or understanding English. I was in a wheelchair & they looked at me like I was an alien! And spoke a language they certainly did not understand. I asked the lady to patch up some undergarments (brand new, tags still on) & she said because of the polyester she didn't have a machine that would work in that. YEAAAAAAAHHHH RRRRRRIGHT. Bottom line she didn't want to do it. I guess they don't want money cause I took to my local dry cleaner; they had a machine that worked on it just fine. Grand total $50 loss to these folks. Would never return or recommend!

I have given this place two tries and they manage to mess up both times. I guess I should have never came back after the first ordeal.
I went to get my jeans hemmed with the original hem. They charge 20 which is kind of expensive. I went to pick up the jeans and guess what type of hem it is? Not the original. Now I know there will be an issue as the jeans have been cut but the lady said she still had the hem. Upon return the jeans were too short. Now I'm out a brand new pair of jeans. They had the audacity to blame me and said I wanted them that short.

I brought in two pair of new pants to be hemmed. I was greeted immediately and made to feel comfortable. This is a family owned business, husband, wife, and daughter the day I was there. Tony wrote up my slip, and told me they would be ready tomorrow which they were. Very professional, quick service. A few dollars more than I paid elsewhere for similar services but would do it again. Thanks for the great, friendly service.
