I have been doing business with Play & Gourmet since 2012 when we built our home in Bluffton. Ron and the guys were involved from the beginning. They bring a wealth of experience and a positive can do attitude to the work they do. Ron and Scott worked closely with me to get exactly what I wanted in my entertainment system and I couldn't be happier with the results. They are quick to respond if there is a problem. Their service is first rate. I highly recommend Play & Gourmet.

Man, what a nice change! Beth and team...thank you so much for making my experience in your showroom wonderful. It all started with the warm greeting I received when walking in.
I had gotten so frustrated with the lack of quality products and knowledgeable salespeople at the "big box" stores. It was very refreshing to find that small town, "let's make the customer feel like the most important in the showroom", feeling again. Your staff answered every question and I can't wait for my delivery.

I recently purchased a Maytag washer and dryer from Play & Gourmet. I cannot day enough good things about my experience. Jeremy Press helped me get exactly what I wanted and without the typical upsell. Their crew came to my house and carefully removed our old units (no complaints about the tight quarters), installed the new units and tested them to make sure they worked. They even hung around to see if we had any questions or concerns! And when I price checked with big box stores, Play & Gourmet came in $200 cheaper! Don’t bother with Best Buy, Home Depot or Lowe’s for home technology and appliances

Our clothes dryer broke recently. In the past, we would have thought our best option would be to buy a new one. However, we decided to call Play and Gourmet and they were able to get us back up and running and it saved us a ton of money over buying a new one! Their team was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

One a scale of 1-5 stars, Play Gourmet is 20 stars! We looked at the three top appliance stores in the area and Jeremy at Play Gourmet was SO much more knowledgeable than ANY of the other companies. He spent an enormous amount of time educating us on our options and once the appliances arrived, provided the best service we have ever experienced, hands down. Fairly priced. High integrity, professional, and someone you WANT to give your business to!

I would like to say thank you to Jeremy at Play and Gourmet. I can believe how fast he got my emergency replacement dishwasher here and installed at a truly phenomenal price that couldn't be beat. The most important part is how happy it made my wife (and kept me out of trouble!!). They are my appliance store of choice from now on, for me and my construction company!

My ice maker physically popped off one of the plastic sides that makes the ice. I didn't buy my refrigerator from them and it had just ran out of its one year warranty. I called Play & Gourmet's customer service line and not only did they come out that day to investigate the issue but they tightened my door handles (my kid thinks they're monkey bars) too. the part took two days to come in and now my ice maker works better than it did before it was broken. I'm so impressed I gave them my next repair appliance... more to come.

I was really close to purchasing an new washing machine and dryer from one of the home improvement stores. A friend told me about Gourmet Appliances and that I should seek out Jeremy and give him a shot at my business. Thank God that he introduced me to Electrolux appliances. Got a top of the line front load washing machine and dryer at a very good price. And I thought they only made top of the line vacuum cleaners. Professional, knowledgeable and confident.
