There is not another Audio Video company in the Lowcountry that I would trust more than AIC. The team was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Being that I'm not a very tech-savvy individual, the team was able to educate me on all of my equipment and they're even able to troubleshoot issues remotely if need be. I highly recommend this company!

My wife and I purchased a beach front home on HHI that was 24 years old. They had a complete house audio system that was original to the home. Charlie came out and gave us great ideas for updating. An estimate was present within a week and the entire system was updated. Charlie was very punctual for every appointment. The internet works great throughout the house, the tvs were hung, music system updated and brought up to 2021 standards. Some speakers and all controls were replaced. Curt was very professional and played a critical role in setting us up for success in our complicated home renovation. He traveled out of state to give us a quote and then provided extended support and advice for us even though we ultimately went with a different company closer to home for logistical reasons. In fact, Curt was the one that found this other company for us and then advised that company on our project at no additional charge. We used AIC for installation of a Sonos Audio system with multiple zones in our home. The staff at their home office was very courteous, responsive, and very thorough. Tabetha in particular followed up with us frequently throughout and early on offered to send a technician (Charlie) out to see our home and to evaluate our needs. He provided options for the installation months in advance. From there we nailed down details, equipment and the follow-up on every front was flawless. The day of the install, Charlie and Jackson called to confirm their arrival (15 minutes prior) and were promptly on time

Charlie was here to update our tv options. Incredibly helpful explaining everything, taking time to be sure we understood everything, and very knowledgeable. Installed some new equipment but mostly updated how we use remote and streaming services. We have used AIC exclusively for years but this was our fist meeting with Charlie. Highly recommend!
