We used pro tech for our third party inspection company on a new construction house we are buying. The inspection report was very detailed. Since we have never had a house built or bought a house before, we are not knowledgeable about house things. It was nice having a company that knows what to look for in the inspection.

Great experience! I would not use anyone else. They did a great job with my new construction home inspecting it before drywall went up. They uncovered a few items that could have led to issues down the road that could not have been discovered after drywall.

I am purchasing a property and was referred by my mortgage broker to ProTech and to say that I am impressed is an understatement. My inspector John was very professional and friendly. He was there before I was which I was glad to see since I'm big on being early to appointments. He answered any questions and was very efficient and thorough during the inspection process. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and he did a great jobs.
