I've been to dozens consignment shops only to find disarray and disinterest; and likewise i've passed by "Just Like New" dozens of times- Just like new, indeed! Tonight, as I walked down Church St.. I saw it, once again, and figured wait- if that shop is here, something special has to be holding it in place. (I saw it on the holiday stroll list for church street- thought i'd check it out. SO GLAD.)
The color is what hit me first. The whole spectrum, each part equally valued - none cast aside based on trend. The puzzle was how so much variety

Its really upsetting to price LV way more than a brand new bag from the LV store these people don't know their retail prices. They should know before they price a bag $2200 when the new cost$1820 from Saks, LV store for a new and not used bag. Also, why are they pricing an old speedy with considerable damage and torn for $800. It cost more to get this fixed than getting brand new one for only $1100. Please check out the prices before trying to buy a LV bag from this store. They really don't now their brands

Walked in 15 minutes before closing looking for nice wine glasses and was told to go to Marshall's bc the woman who worked there a. "Knows my age group (mid 20s?) and knows we want something cheap" which isn't true and b. "Wanted to close" (15 minutes before closing time.) I was unimpressed and frankly a little insulted at her ageist assumptions. We won't be back.

Just Like New is a real gem. After losing one of my favorite earrings I figured I'd try my luck and find something similar in a consignment shop. A quick search and voila - a place with fantastic reviews, right off the Maple Ave in Vienna.

The lady (the owner, perhaps) was very sweet and helpful. I gave her a vague idea of what I wanted and she pulled out dozens of different earrings that fit that criteria. In two minutes, I found a beautiful pair I fell in love with.

Such a fantastic selection of really unique pieces! Jewelry, purses, shoes and clothes. Lovely place.

Wife and husband own the shop and it's been in the family for awhile. Sweetest gentleman ever and will run you through everything they offer. Exceptional service from start to finish. Amazing finds. One of a kind items you won't find with anyone else.

At this shop, you're treated as you walk in. Merchandise changes frequently. There are a lot of European decor items. On this day, there was a lot of fine and costume jewelry.

An absolutely lovely gem of a store in the heart of Vienna, VA. A wonderful array of classy clothing, jewelry, and handbags.

I think they took my clothes! I was told that they were probably stolen or so raggedy They gave them away. so instead of being payed what they were worth, I received fraction of the value. if they are so reputable what happened to my clothes?

Love leaving my best clothes here to find a new home and have found great bargains for me too.

Just Like New proved they are a very reputable business while reconciling an issue I had. They actively followed up and went out of their way to go above and beyond to fix this issue. I would definitely recommend them as a great local business.

This is one of my favorite places in Vienna. The owners are special people who could not be nicer and the jewelry is all of the highest quality with fair prices. A good place to pop in and buy yourself a treasure

I went in to ask a question about a piece of jewelry, not to sell it. I thought they would be knowledgeable about antique pieces. Steve, one of the owners, spent a lot of time and told me what my piece was made of (no other jeweler had been able to do so). It is a sentimental piece and the info is nice to have. No charge!
The shop is lovely, clean, and well kept, packed with goodies. I hope to be dealing with them in the future.
