I love the owner here! She explained why dry cleaning has gone up so much. I had not taken clothes in for quite a long time, a couple years. I usually steam my own, but didn't feel like it. What she told me made complete sense. A few of my things the stains did not come out. They will be going to good Will.
All in all, they did a very good job on my clothes. I was thrilled this was American Owned and English speaking.

I have to say their attention to detail is impeccable! Not only were my clothes cleaned and pressed, but they also made sure to clip the sleeves together with a plastic clip so they didn't wrinkle up. They also added a plastic piece on he collar of my shirts so they didn't bunch up in the bag. Excellent dry cleaning company! I will definitely be using their services in the future!

I LOVED this place the first time I went. THEN....
I took my suit that "That Look Cleaners" ruined. The kind young lady behind the counter told me they could likely fix it (after a brief disclaimer), but kindly took the item with a smile.
After I went back, a VERY scattered German lady was yelling at customers. I came to claim my things, and everything but the suit came out. I mentioned the suit and she stared blankly. She said "I don't have any idea what you are talking about..." I reiterated, then said "The one that another cleaner ruined." and she said "

I was driving by Miller's this morning, and decided to bring in my laundry bag full of clothes! Diana was super friendly and welcomed me as a new customer. She counted all 51 items multiple times, just to make sure it was accurate and took notes on exactly how I wanted my items cared for. She even offered to have them ready at the close of business for no extra charge! I'm so happy to find a great cleaners in the area!

I was looking for a great shoe repair shop near me and this is the best I could find! I live in the Irving area so Euless isn't too far from home. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is my initial experience and the follow up. It seems as though there is a lack of communication which could greatly improve the customer service aspect of the business. The staff is very friendly and the work they do is fantastic! I am very happy about my shoes. I have 2 heels repaired and some wedge heels sole redone. It took about a week for the first two pair, not bad, then about another week to get the soles

I dropped off a load of cleaning (a couple of suits, a couple of sportcoats, several pairs of pants) after reading other reviews. The work was done in 24 hours, and except for a suit that I already believed to be beyond redemption (old food-oil stains) everything came back looking quite good. The price seemed better than reasonable for the number of items, especially with such a quick turnaround time. I drove a few extra minutes to get there from Irving, but I will go back again; I'm probably saving money compared to nearer-to-me places, and their work is spot-on (or spot-off, in this case

This place came highly recommended. They cleaned two of my dress shirts and my Jason Witten Jersey. They did an outstanding job on the starching for my dress shirts and my jersey looks as good as the day I bought it! I will definitely be returning here. Polite and friendly staff and I think I paid just south of $10 for all three garments!

Super disappointed in the job done here. I needed a patch put on my sons Boy Scout uniform. I called and it was $8 for a small patch. Pricey but I did it anyhow. I picked it up today and the patch isn't sewn on the edges. I'm sure after a few washes the edges will curl. N

After posting my review and rating the owner contacted me and asked to please make things right. She asked me to bring back the shirt and she could redo the patch and add another one at no cost. Reluctantly, I agreed and I am happy that I did so. The correction and new patch is much better. Great to see

I am long overdue on posting this review, but the service I received today (09/13/18) at Miller's Custom Cleaners did me in... this place is absolutely phenomenal! The dry-cleaning is, well... dry-cleaning (Error free // everything you should expect from a cleaner // ready on time // etc...) But that's not what I'm here for, that part is easy. What's not easy is consistently offering a high level of superior customer service from your entire staff day in and day out. Well Miller's Custom Cleaners does just that! Every. Single. Time. I just moved over to this area and looking for a cleaners. I found this location close to where I am living. It has a great reviews and I see why. The staff is very friendly and provide great service. They are quick with the clothes. The clothes look like they did when first purchased and smell great. The pricing is reasonable too. I definently recommend this location to anyone in the area needing clothes cleaned.

Absolutely love Millers Custom Cleaners! They do such a great job with my clothes. They've place new buttons on my pants when I didn't even ask and to top it off, no charge! Ashley and her mom are so sweet and make pick up and drop off so easy at the drive thru window! The owner and other staff are also very pleasant. Ashley even had a personal Christmas card and candy for me during the holidays! Made my day ;)

One year later, and still this is my favorite Laundry. They offer alteration services, and shoe repair along with their Dry Clean and Laundry Service. Often offer discount promotions, always provide quality service, quick turnaround, courteous and friendly staff. Consistent good service.
