WCK Dry Cleaners is located at 340 S. Park Blvd., Grapevine, Texas, in the Tom Thumb parking lot. Saturdays from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. Same day service is available for Items dropped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays between 6:30 am to 9:00 am. Items dropped off Wednesday afternoon and all day Thursday will be available Friday afternoon.
Items dropped off Fridays after 9:00 am and all day Saturday will be available Monday afternoons. Please call us if you have any questions regarding our new schedule. We are a "green dry cleaners" in that we use only environmentally friendly chemicals and solvents. Ooops, sorry, what I mean to say is that most people don't think about the skill and training it takes in cleaning really clean garments, drapes, and other items. You just drop them off and pick them up without much thought. And that is the way it should be. In most retail business, it's location, location, location that makes a business successful.

I really like this dry cleaner. Bring my clothes in at the drive thru window. They deliver my clothes to my back seat or trunk, whichever I ask. They are friendly. Each transaction is always very fast. Most importantly though, my clothes are always clean and smell fresh. They have fixed buttons and clasps for me and I appreciate the work. This is the best cleaners that I have found in the area. Occasionally I'll try another cleaners. But I have always come back here because of the quality of work. That being said, they are also very consistent.

I have been using these guys for a few years and their work has always been great.
Recently I got back a pair of dress pants with a tear on the front. I took them back and explained that I thought this happened during the cleaning process. They told me no problem and reimbursed me for a new pair of pants. I really appreciate that they handled this with class and professionalism.

Wow, this place is conveniently located but ridiculously overpriced IMHO. Took a few blazers and casual dresses in to be cleaned and ended up paying $70. What the?!!! Not normal. We dry clean all the time. Switching cleaners pronto. Craziness....our clothes better be unbelievably fresh...thats all Im saying.

Recently I inherited quite a few polo work/golf shirts, that still had tags on them, never worn. I needed somewhere to get them handled professionally and cleaned before use. I took 9 shirts and a sweater there on Friday and was told it would be ready Saturday by 5pm. I was already at Tom Thumb in that lot so I walked in the door at 5:02pm and my shirts were ready and looking great and clean! And very reasonably priced. It was around $38 for all my garments. I have about 30 more shirts that need service and will be bringing them here. Very pleased with the work!

Things I like about this dry cleaner: 1) They get my clothes clean. I stain my whites on a regular basis but they get the stains out when other cleaners don't. 2) They have a night dropbox so you can staple a sheet of paper to a bag with your name and phone number and the clothes are ready the next day after 5pm. 3) They are open until 7pm. 4) They recycle hangers. 5) Their prices are great. The only thing I am not thrilled about is the confusion roads that roads that lead up to this place. There is a road that has a weird turn with two branches (hard to explain because I'm from CA and

Miracle workers! Took a red wine shower (not on purpose) in a winter white suit at a wedding recently, and it was the first time I'd worn this suit! I was literally going to throw it in the trash but at the last second, dropped it off here and said "do with it what you will." Three days later, it was as good as new!!! THANK YOU WCK CLEANERS!

Nice and convenient drive-thru. Pricing is reasonable but not the cheapest. They will take competitor coupons up to 15% off. I've heard they don't really apply the discount. I've never broke out the calculator on them. I just trust they are honoring the provided coupon and applying the discount.
Everyone that works here has always been friendly, and I've gone weekly for a year now. Never anything damaged or lost in my experiences. Very satisfied customer!

My husband thinks everyone who works here is high at all times and I think I agree. It's staffed primarily by awkward teenagers in tie dye clothes. And I suspect I'm paying too much, but they have a drive through and it's close to my house.
So by pure virtue of being convenient, they get three stars. But truly, I always think as I'm driving away that I need to find somewhere else to go. Laziness just keeps getting the better of me and my wallet.
